Great sushi and service.
This is definitely a hidden gem. Was confused about what exactly the focus on food was honestly you always want one theme for a restaurant but decided to give it a shot and it’s delicious. High quality seafood for the sushi. Definitely top sushi in town. We ordered Mexican sushi, volcano I think it was called (I’ll update when i remember) We also ordered some mix pupusas and fried fish to share. Odd mix but it was all so delicious. Having 2 types of food does not affect the quality of each. They have a large menu so I’ll be back to try other items. A little hidden from main roads so maybe some banners for ppl to see but their fb advertising helped because that’s where we saw it in a local fb food group. Will update review with pictures next time we stop in again.
It’s not sushi bros anymore. It’s pupusas and sushi. The prices are WAY too high now. Ended up leaving. Not sure if it’s good but the prices were not acceptable. Went to another sushi place.
Get the #25 (Dynamite) if it sounds like something you would like they do an amazing job here! You can tell they love their craft the sushi was great!
Definitely worth it
We ordered some sushi very delicious pupusa very Cheesy and panes con Pollo
This awesome sushi spot that changed ownership in mid 2024 (was 760 Sushi Bros) and now offers great sushi (same menu as before) except not they also offer Salvadorian food like pupusas (a couple extra pages added to the original menu). The restaurant still has the same chef even. I have not had the Salvadorian food here, but the sushi is really good and they have all you can eat sushi on certain days. Definitely check it out if you are in the area. Check out their Instagram to see the full menu.

Ayce is no longer available. They're under new management.
This is a Salvadorian Restaurant mixed with Japanese dishes. Sushi tasted dry and not fresh at all. The pupusas were dry but better than the rolls. Be aware not the place to go for Japanese food. They also said you can order chicken and beef because it’s already premade. You either choose one or the other but not both in one dish. Food did not taste fresh. Be aware.

Restaurantji Recommends
Our favorite out of all the sushi places in the high desert. We drive past 4 others every time just to come here. Great quality and fair prices. Chefs and waitstaff are always awesome and friendly. Interior is a bit small but clean and they still keep up really well when its full. Much shorter wait times than other places I used to go even at rush hour. One of the only all you can eat places left around here but limited to Tues, Wed, Thurs so plan accordingly if you are going for that.

First visit here. Was highly recommended by a fellow sushi lover, so we came to see how it is. The place is small but we can't at the right time according to the owner, cause it was before the rush. It was a Tuesday and they offer AYCE on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. They have a pretty decent selection, even though a lot of the rolls I'm used to having, they don't offer. But the Super Crunch Roll was really good. Their stuffed jalapeños are fire, and the seared salmon was delicious! The guys running the place, Luis and Miguel are super cool guys. They are super friendly and seem to really care for their customers. I will come back soon and try other options.
They are conveniently located one block from the 15 freeway, off of Bear Valley Road exit. However, the strip mall they are located in is a bit hidden. So use your Google maps if visiting for the first time
