My grandson ordered his food rare. I said no, medium well. The cashier had rare in his mind and ordered medium rare. As I was eating it, I saw mine was too pink. I looked at the recipe and saw medium rare, I took it back up to the cashier and he ordered me a new burger. This time I said well done. I got it, and it was delicious. I am from the great state of Georgia and when I come back to California I will visit Apollo again. Thank you young man for your great service.

Ordered online wouldn't let me pay site says pay inside. Pastrami was horrible, super salty and metallic after taste also for $20 it was small. Fries tasted like they were cooked in dirty grease. Chicken sandwich was good. The ladies that work there were so nice

I just discovered this place. The different burgers are the bomb. Going to try their Philly cheese steak next. Just get one order of fries to share between two people.
Vegetarian options: They have plant based burgers and other things on the menu for vegs.
Parking: Google GPS makes you go around the block to get parking lot or the alley. It's weird but gets you there

I've been going here on and off for the last decade and the quality of food has never changed, always fresh ingredients etc. Customer service and communication needs development. I was charged for an item I did not receive and communicated this. Damian who assisted me in this matter let me know that I could apply the amount as a credit for future orders since they could not refund me the money (stupid). I tried to redeem the amount a month later since I don't go to this restaurant often as the food is expensive and could lead to potentially hypertension if consumed regularly. Anyway, I was on the phone for over 15 minutes going back and forth with clueless ppl that could not find where it was noted that I had a credit. The teenager I assume that was asking what to do could not assist me and or give clarity on why I was told I could not have the credit as promised and that I needed to come back the day of, which that was never communicated with me. NO ONE in this restaurant could assist me, the manager was on break and no one knew what to do. Additionally the restaurant is small, parking lot is garbage with potholes through the drive threw that can and will destroy your car. Very disappointed with the service especially spending 50$ on a meal for two ppl. Tried to support a local business and didn't make a big fuss about not getting a refund and wait to use it at a later time. Check your food before you leave and your receipt. No point in calling and verifying meals if your going to screw it up anyway and not have a clear standard on how to go about these issues. Had the amount not been worth a burger, no biggy. Just check everything before you leave or don't bother fighting about your hard earned money.

This place is crazy expensive and really bad quality for what you pay for 10 very small onion rings. (Very tiny, about 1/4 size of a normal onion ring) was almost 9 bucks and they were not even good. When I inquired to the cashier about the amount of rings and size of them she just said that is the size of the onions in the store, she seemed indifferent to our satisfaction and walked away. Way to pricey as there was not even close to a whole onion in the batch.
Cheeseburger was fire. It was the real deal here and the busses sprout mushroom sandwich was amazing also. Come with a appetite because them prices are not set for you to waste food and not finish your meal..lol

I love the way they season the burgers here and the burger patties are well cooked without being burned on the outside. There are different portion sizes which makes it easy to choose depending on how hungry I am. This restaurant is the only place where I pay 15 for a burger and I never leave disappointed.

First time going to this restaurant since people recommended and said their food is great. I was pretty disappointed and was not worth paying 25 bucks for a basic burger and cheese fries. First off only one person taking your order so that took about 15 min before I can order. Second, I paid 25 bucks for all of it including for ranch that they didn’t even send which was 70 cents, on top of that they charged 4 dollars for 2 slices of bacon that’s just overpriced and the cheese fries was too salty and overcooked a lot of them were dry. Third, the girl who took my order saw how upset I was that I was waiting for my order too damn long that the 2 persons behind me got their orders before me!! Will I ever come back hell no! I’ve had way better and tastier burgers for the fraction of the price it was not worth the price. I don’t mind paying if the service was good and the food was worth paying for. I rather eat at farmers boys or In-N-Out. Never again this reminded me of five guys overhyped food and expensive. I usually never leave a bad review but all the waiting and charging me for ranch which they did not send I was gonna call to complain but why bother just make it my last time I go. Save your money people.
