Waited 20 minutes to be seated when there was other tables clearly open + cleaned. Once seated and ordered food - an appetizer took 30 minutes to get brought out and food took over that time ! You guys also brought out one plate and made us wait 20 for the rest. Overall service was terrible and your staff was very slow.

Unfortunately there is not people to assist. There could have been a staff shortage this day. The phone was passed around a couple of times when placing the order to go, and when showing up was greeted by 3 people, but when comming out of the restroom, it is like they all disappeared. And after waiting in the front because of the pick up door being locked, and needing to go around to the front to begin with, was then sitting and waiting. Needed to add more foods. Unfortunately due to the long waiting for assistance left, so if they want to cancel my to go order, they can.

Food was not good we sent back a of wings twice , my plate had wonton tacos , wings and a riblet … I’m sad bc the tacos are my favorite but they were soggy and not good , the riblet very nasty but my wings were okay . Good luck

Very bad customer service. We waited for 30 minutes, and people who arrived after us were seated before us. The host claimed they had called our name and texted us earlier, but that was not true—they never contacted us.

Decent food, staff was all nice, ingredients is ridiculous if you look it up. Worst part is they charge $1 for grilled onions. I didn't want extra onions, just take the ones on my burger and throw it on the grill and cook it then put it back on my burger.

Called in for a pick up. Got out on hold for 10 mins. I had more time to drive over and walk in while still on hold. Got to the location and it was slow.. no one was busy. I talked to 2 servers who had attitudes like idgaf about your experience.. won't be coming back especially saying I have 5 other choices right next door.

The wait was kind of long but it was to be expected since it is a Friday and Halloween. I want to give a shout out to our server Abbraham! He was very knowledgeable about the menu, was juggling multiple tables, and hustling to make sure everyone got their food and anything they needed on time. The manager was also out on the floor making sure guests were getting the service they need. Overall a great experience.

This place isn’t what it used to be. We used to go here all the time. The last few times we all got served at different times. This time our food was cold my steak was raw. We won’t be returning.
