7:20 am and not open, doors lock and persons inside don't care.

We were really looking forward to Bakers, looked for one open by 8am, found this one, planned our road trip around it and when we arrived the doors were closed. Sign said it opened at 7am, open sign was turned on, it was 8am. We ended up having to go to Farmer Boys, it was delicious but would have preferred Bakers.

Horrible experience! The wait times are insane! Using a kiosk to do our orders, and then waiting over 30 minutes for our food when no one else was in front of us! Ridiculous service.
Food was great, the service stays behind the counter anymore, they want you to order off a console as well, not at the front counter but if you need help in doing your order, their happy to help with a smile. The atmosphere suffers because of the number of homeless folks sitting at the tables, not that I blame them, heck I would do the same, but just saying, it doesn't help the atmosphere...

To be a hundred percent on this, take a look at the pictures.This is an honest review.My girlfriend and I came before work and I had an hour and a half to get to work.And was thinking, I'd come in and get something to eat with the coupon.Not only did I have to use some kind of computer, they couldn't help me at the front.There's nobody in the restaurant in one car.In the drive through, I waited over twenty minutes for my food.I will post the receipts after I block them out.However, I do not recommend coming here.Just go to the drive through and say yourself.Some wayMore time, all due respect.Love bakers growing up.But yeah, i've gotten too automated.I have to ask for napkins, hot sauce.All this other stuff, it breaks my heart.It truly does.Let's start a petition people

Never again! We have been Baker's customers for as long as I can remember, but no more. This was about the worst dining experience ever. I understand everyone is trying to cut labor cost in any way they can, but they have just gone too far. We stood in line to order like everyone else, just to be sent to their new screen touch ordering system. The format of it is horrible and very confusing. After about 5 minutes of messing around with that we finally had to ask for assistance, and so did everybody else. It was as frustrating for the customers and employees alike. And although we ordered dine-in, they bagged it up to go anyway. They gave us three napkins which we had to use to try and make some kind of makeshift table setting as they have eliminated trays, and obviously want to make it as uncomfortable as possible to dine in and pretty much let you know you are no longer welcome in the restaurant. I even went to the counter and asked for some kind of tray or anything to eat on , and once again they said we don't do trays anymore, obviously another corporate brainstorm to chase off the dine-in customers for good! The whole thing was completely unsanitary. Even a dog gets served in a dog bowl! Maybe you should just close the dining area completely. While we were eating I watched every other customer in complete frustration after standing in line 5 to 10 minutes just to be sent away to the automated system and have to start all over again, which now puts you at the end of the line behind the few that did know how to work it. Why don't you at least put a sign on the front counter letting the customers know that they are no longer welcome to place their orders here so they won't stand there the whole time for nothing. As every customer complained out of complete frustration, I could hear the employees all say the same thing, this is corporate, this is corporate! They were more frustrated than even the customers. They were very unfriendly and obviously stressed out. I'm sure we can thank corporate for that too. My wife asked to use the restroom which they promptly gave her the wrong code so she had to come back and stand in line to get the right one. Since we had no dining tray, my wife ended up with ketchup and hamburger sauce on her top, and the table was a mess by time we finished. I had to go up and ask for more napkins to try and make the best out of the situation. I had three other customers tell me how they were never coming to Bakers again either. It was very obvious that the employee morale is very low, and I can't say I blame them. But at the same time as a customer spending almost $30 for lunch at a fast food place, the whole thing was unacceptable! And last but least the food was not even worth mentioning. The fries were cold and stale by time we got them and the burgers are nothing like they used to be. Everything is shrunk down and double priced. I seriously doubt if the founders of Bakers that put their Blood Sweat tears and pride to build this company would be one bit happy about the way corporate has destroyed it! I certainly hope In-N-Out Burger does not ever change. Because the way everything is going, they're going to be the last one standing. I truly hope my review Finds Its way to corporate, and they make some positive changes before they go down in Flames like so many others

Love Baker's. Love their ground beef crispy tacos, the tostadas with some of their hot sauce on it, and their french fries. Really anything you get here is good. Always nice and fresh!

CHILI CHEESE FRIES ORDERED. GOT FRIES WITH CANNED CHEAP CHILI CON CARNE. HANDICAP ELDER DROVE FROM EL MIRAGE AREA WAY TO 7TH. TOLD TO RETURN FOR REFUND. NEXT DAY COULDN'T GIVE REFUND EVEN WITH RECEIPT. WASTED LOT OF TIME, ENERGY & GAS FOR BS. NO PHOTO. ITEM RETURNED 2B TRASHED
