Took nearly 15 minutes for someone to let me pay for the order I was told to make at their kiosk. Then 5 minutes later was given a very cold burger with a hard bun with my twin kitchen meal. I returned to the line carrying my tray. I was not acknowledged for 10 more minutes while I stood at the counter. Finally, 5 minutes later, they brought a tray with my food to the counter. The very few other people eating here were talking about how rude the management is. I agree with them completely! I'll never eat here again. Ever! ZERO STARS for this nasty place.

Just went to bakers my wife and I could not get tue new order machine to work we asked for help and all the employees just looked at us as we did not exist not knowing how to run the machine I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. It was so humiliating.

Angie the manager didn’t wanna replace my food even though she told me on the phone that she will if I have my receipt, my food was cold and I will live right down the street by the time I went there she only gave me two burgers and I ordered way more than that then my husband started to argue with them. We waited 30 minutes for fresh food for two burgers. We thought the whole order was going to be we made what we paid for Angie is a very terrible person. If you don’t enjoy your job, you shouldn’t be working there at all. She should go back into training and all the rest of the employees.!!!!!!!! hey
