Lady with glasses has a HORRIBLE attitude.

It was ok but it smelled like pee from a uncleaned toilet I wanted some fresh ice cream the staff told me it would be best is I got the ice cream in the freezer at first I thought about until I noticed she didn’t want to fill up the quart to the top the young lady with the eye lashes I went home to eat the ice cream and noticed it taste old

$9 dollars for a sundae that’s just a small amount of ice cream (kids scoop) banana and whipped cream? Used to like the sundaes here but not at practically paying $9 dollars for a banana and whipped cream. Highway robbery never again!

Terrible customer service they try to sway you away from what you want to order and the lady today had a nasty attitude. She kept giving me objection after objection to what I was ordering. Which was just ice cream with sprinkles. They need to hire people who don’t hate their job scooping ice cream 0/10

Fast service good ice cream

Fatima is such a great worker! Even when there’s a long line in the mornings when she’s left by herself she gets everyone helped quickly and always with a beautiful smile (braces and all). I always enjoy coming in when she’s here because she makes the experience better. Unfortunately, most of the older workers at this Baskin can be pretty rude, but Fatima truly stands out as the best employee here.

We had a cockroach crawl across the table while we were eating (middle of the day), then saw another one cross the floor. Very off-putting

Cake was old/frostbitten and had to be thrown away

Horrible customer service! The girl name Crystal with glasses is so rude, an my daughter was in line and she was on her phone and watch ignoring my daughter. Horrible won't be back

Got new help now, much better. Didn't feel gipped today!

Good ice cream for good prices.

Terrible service! Was waiting in line for a while then was told by one of the lady’s to move to the other line and wait all over again. I was waiting there for way too long to get service when there was only 3 people in line. Employees just sitting there talking on their phones. I would recommend hiring better employees.

Good ice cream but nasty customer service. Will not be going back and I would recommend going to another one.

Upon walking in, Amanda was disinfecting the counters with chemicals, she proceeded to ask me how she can help me but all I thought about was how she needed to wash her hands from the chemicals she was using to clean. So I asked her and she did, but I had to ask her. While she was making my order she dropped the whipped cream bottle on the floor. When the bottle hit the floor, the nozzle hit the floor and squirted all over the place. She picked up the bottle and tried to squirt the whip cream on my ice cream and I had to stop her because clearly the nozzle hit the floor which makes the whip cream dirty. It’s not sanitary at all! In the process of her making my banana split she also moved the disinfectant spray bottle which I believe is considered cross contamination with chemicals and food… I was bothered by the whole visit.. Amanda had a very bad attitude towards me and was almost upset that I didn’t want her to use the dirty whipped cream on my ice cream..
