Managers need to update scheduled hours posted at the entrance. Hours posted shows they close at 10:00pm. My family and I walked in at 9:05, the door was unlocked and the employee rudely told me that they were already closed. Thanks for waisting my time!

Typical ice cream spot. Have 31 flavors to choose from. One thing I like about this spot that varies from others is they have ice cream cakes you can purchase right there and pints of your flavor ice cream you can take home.

Chocolate mousse ice cream was very tasty. My son who's not even a chocolate lover enjoyed it. The staff was so nice and helpful as I was indecisive about picking the right flavor. We will be back!

#IF I could give no stars i would my cake was melted and called corporate and basically because they are a franchise company they can not do anything for you to help you out so if you buy from here good luck on getting your money back because it ain't going to happen because the manager that runs it does #NOT care about his customers so I'm begging everyone do NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

This is my go-to Baskin-Robbins for ice cream cakes. Whenever it's my daughters' birthdays, I pick up an Oreo ice cream cake for them. I get the smallest size cake since it's just us. I also buy their pre-packaged quarts ice cream... Gold Medal Ribbon® Quart and Jamoca® Almond Fudge Quart are our favorites. Now that we've discovered Handel's Homemade Ice Cream, we haven't been buying Baskin Robbins ice cream. We still buy their ice cream cakes though. However, I should check if Handel's sell ice cream cakes... hmmm. Staff here are usually pleasant and cordial. Store is clean. Prices are okay. There are so many new ice cream shop popping up... competition for Baskin-Robbins. Stay strong!
