Around 8:30 pm today, I purchased the new spicy chicken wrap, and I received an oily saugy tortilla with oil drenching through the wrapper, the lettuce and tomato drenched with oil. I took a bite, and taste was nasty of oil, it actually made my stomach upset. I will probably never return to this location. Just because it's late doesn't mean the quality should be like this, I suggest management to retrain employees to keep quality of food good and safe during all business hours.

I just love this local BK, I work Graveyards and usually stop by early in the morning to grab a quick dinner and even though they are currently serving breakfast they don't give any fuss when I order nuggets at 6am and the lovely lady working the early hours of the morning shift is a true example of a satisfactory customer experience, she knows it's me whenever I place my regular order and knows exactly how I like everything done, and even knows what sauce I like. I come for the food, but I return for the service!

The phone is not working. I placed an order on the app and it did not give a time to make the order and I tried calling and it’s not working. As well as 4 other Burger Kings I called.

Don't let the kids play in the play area .. honestly was disgusting and disappointed in how they kept it never cleaned once and not alot of play areas in fast food places ... explains why this once hasn't been cleaned In years it seemed .. fun but not sanitary for kids at ALL .

It's good quality for a fast food joint! It's just expensive. 2 dry whoppers without cheese and a dry chicken sandwich was $26.00, just the sandwiches. If I wasn't paid to go there, I probably would've gone somewhere else.

Came to BK during the walmart+ week of benefits. Tried the sausage crossanwich and tater tots. Tots were good but the crossanwich could've been much better. It was bland and tasted like it was microwaved.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but some places earn them without trying. I would like to say that most fast food restaurants deserve a less than 5 star review anymore since prices have risen and quality has declined. This Burger King is no exception. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the restaurant was in the dining room and behind the counter. There is no excuse for that other than the lack of employees which seems to be the biggest problem with this store. That leads to the second problem of the number of people standing in line while the one person behind the counter was busy bagging orders and dealing with Drive-Thru customers. At no point did he acknowledge the people waiting in line with a simple “I will be with you in a moment.” There were self-help kiosks off to the side, but no one should have to use a kiosk to place an order considering the price of fast food. This store suffers from a lack of staffing. It isn’t just this store, but most fast food restaurants are severely understaffed. Considering the high wages being paid for fast food workers in California, there should be people chomping at the bit to work anymore. This leads me to believe that Burger King chooses to be understaffed. The only thing that kept me from giving this store a one star review is that Burger King does serve a better tasting hamburger than most other fast food stores.
