I’m considering the one star a zero. On Thursday around 6:40pm Angie (manager) had the most awful attitude as soon as we walked in and taking our order was no better. My mom went up to the counter to ask her for something and the lady started being racist towards my spanish speaking mother and told her that she needs to speak english to her. i cannot believe how disgusting this lady was i have never had any issues with discrimination and this behavior is absolutely disgusting. i need the general managers number or corporates office because i will be reporting this worker to a higher up this is foul behavior and displaying racism will make you go out of business. do better burger kind your employees have the worst attitude. I will NEVER eat at this place again. i expect fo something to be done because THIS is nothing lightly.

Around 8:30 pm today, I purchased the new spicy chicken wrap, and I received an oily saugy tortilla with oil drenching through the wrapper, the lettuce and tomato drenched with oil. I took a bite, and taste was nasty of oil, it actually made my stomach upset. I will probably never return to this location. Just because it's late doesn't mean the quality should be like this, I suggest management to retrain employees to keep quality of food good and safe during all business hours.

I just love this local BK, I work Graveyards and usually stop by early in the morning to grab a quick dinner and even though they are currently serving breakfast they don't give any fuss when I order nuggets at 6am and the lovely lady working the early hours of the morning shift is a true example of a satisfactory customer experience, she knows it's me whenever I place my regular order and knows exactly how I like everything done, and even knows what sauce I like. I come for the food, but I return for the service!

Don't let the kids play in the play area .. honestly was disgusting and disappointed in how they kept it never cleaned once and not alot of play areas in fast food places ... explains why this once hasn't been cleaned In years it seemed .. fun but not sanitary for kids at ALL .
It's good quality for a fast food joint! It's just expensive. 2 dry whoppers without cheese and a dry chicken sandwich was $26.00, just the sandwiches. If I wasn't paid to go there, I probably would've gone somewhere else.

Came to BK during the walmart+ week of benefits. Tried the sausage crossanwich and tater tots. Tots were good but the crossanwich could've been much better. It was bland and tasted like it was microwaved.
