I had placed my order for 3 SpongeBob Meals totaling $52 ish and the kiosk was messing up I had no idea it refunded my money already, anyhow the manager kept telling ppl they only had the krabby burger after we had paid so I asked for my refund politely and she gave me her ugly look and attitude saying my order wasn’t even placed when I know I did place it but Kiosk was messed up.. then I checked my phone and said nevermind it never even took the money etc my 8 year old daughter was with me and when we walked out my daughter said that the manager gave me an ugly stare as I turned away.. which I don’t care but to know such person is running shifts is embarrassing like why work there if you don’t have the patience smh. Horrible service. I’m providing proof of the transaction as well just in case the lady thought I was lying smh visit was today 12/3/2025 like 6:00pm

The guy at the drive thru window was extremely rude when we explained that the ai wasn’t letting us give the code and made it a big problem. Never coming back to this location again. He’s an older man that seems to work the late night shifts.

My husband and I went to burger king on 395& Palmdale tonight. My husband needed to use the bathroom very bad and we were told that floors was wet, we needed to go home to use the restroom and we live two miles from the restaurant

They have automated everything. You can't speak to a person at all to order and the robot gets everything wrong
