The workers are very hesitant to give bathroom keys. The parking is tight and someone hit my car. The food was not good.

I rarely come here anymore because customer service is horrible. When you walk in, the cashier just looks at you like they're annoyed to see you. Well, I decided to come tonight because it was convenient. Welp, customer service hasn't changed, and maybe I shouldn't be surprised. Long story short, I went home after receiving my food. I ate the food, but soon after, my stomach started to feel funny and gassy. I'm hoping I don't have food poisoning. I will be contacting customer service. I basically paid money to get sick. I won't be eating here ever again.

This Carls JR. Is in a sketchy area in old school victorville. The parking lot is big, but one really weird thing is all side doors are locked? Only front door is open? Before I proceeded to order, I attempted to use restroom which had a code to use. Where are we in LA? Come on man! I guess it's because theres a lot of homeless in the area. The code for bathroom is 142142. Your welcome! Nothing special about the food quality, it's the same as other locations. This location is really clean though.

This location needs an intervention, I was there on 8/29/23 I ordered a 3 piece chichen tender in the drive-thru I paid then they told me to pull to the side no cars in front of me only 2 clients inside, I waited for 10 minutes and I had to step out of the car the food was just there sitting I asked the manager to cancel the order because I said this supposed to be fast food and she just looked at me with the look IDFAF.. so I told her just cancel my order then she took an extra 8 minutes to do that purposely.My comments to corporate, hire people that want to work and focus in customer service.

No more than after eating. I've had to run because of stomach problems.No lettuce at all in my burger and the little it had was really old and watery. The buns were soaked and nasty.Not eating here again.
