I've been standing in line for over 7 minutes. There are 5 people here including a manager and no one Is yet to take our order or even acknowledge us, say they'll be right with us, NOTHING. Worst customer service

They steal your money here always double charging cards and saying the transactions didn’t go through and they slow if you go here pay cash but I don’t recommend giving supporting this location

Went around 3am as they are 24/7, staff was so lazy they lied about the “system” being down and turned away a few customers as they all continued to stand around doing absolutely nothing

Order through the Carl's Jr app.. Not a difficult order but they completely missed 1 dozen of cookies I had ordered. Then when I tried to call and let them know,the phone just rang. I called 10 times with no answer. My door Dasher returned to the restaurant but they told her I had to contact doordash and have them resend....I ORDERED THROUGH THE CARLS APP!!! why would I contact doordash. My Dasher did what they had to do. Your QC is lacking.
Update: I was contacted by management and was offered my original cookies, like that was going to fix the issue.Sorry no thank you. Retrain your management staff and maybe call your site every once in a while, you might have some luck.

I don’t know how many people they have on the morning and or night crew, but I don’t think it should take 20 minutes for your breakfast to be made for you in the morning or an order in general. They take too long to make your food and bring it to you

I love going to places where they make you feel like crap for ordering. It’s almost as if they don’t want a job. 12/15 11:40 pm, this drive-thru lady seemed irritated from life.
Edit: came back 1/3/25 and the lady in the drive thru was super rude. I asked her if everything was in the bag and she said yes and shut the window. I got home and my son’s kids meal was completely missing. I tried calling and no answer

Stateline is dead. This was one of the few places open when we drove through. All 3 burgers were seriously overcooked. The absolute worst Carl's Jr experience ever.

Went to get a double cheese burger with Xtra pickle. I got my order, and I pulled off to the side to put ranch on what I thought was the burger I ordered, and it wasn't. I went back through the drive thru, which was still empty, and i asked for my money back. If you can't get the order right and I'm the only one in the drive-thru, I'll pass. They'll always ask if your order looks good on the screen, but it's getting the right order in the bag, which is what I'm concerned about.

The Double Western Burger was great !!...
But the fries, onion rings, and jalapeño poppers were all burnt...
I was a little disappointed ?
Ordered dbl famous ended up with a cold famous single terrible food don't waist your money.
