Be careful of the shakes. Found two pieces of very sharp cut plastic that are small enough to swallow unnoticed. I only noticed because I was chewing. Hopefully I didn't swallow any prior to finding the piece.

Bad customer service…the older lady that took our order what sweet and patient. Once it got to bringing our food I asked the young woman for ranch I waited and got up and she was taking orders I went to the counter and she looked at me and didn’t even acknowledge me so I went with the older lady and she gave them to me then I wanted a sweet treat and was waiting to get 2 cookies the young woman kept looking at us and ignored us she was just staring by the drive thru door giving us a side eye. She never came to us so we left instead. If people can’t provide good customer service a job like this isn’t for them it’s her job to assist the customers. Aside from that the food what not as warm. Really bad experience.

Normally, every time I come things are perfect. Service and hospitality have been amazing in the past. Food comes out exactly how it's ordered. They maintain the cleanliness pretty well; even with a bunch of unhoused individuals lurking around and a serviceable bus stop.

However after recent events, I feel as if I should go to the Apple Valley location for now on or the one off of hook. Simply put, due to the recent behaviors of one particular employee I feel as if I'm not welcomed.

Be careful, some employees will try to nickel and dime you.

Imagine using the app for BOGO famous stars. You make them cheeseburgers, but they want to charge you for pickles and spread. Meanwhile the system won't take off the price of the lettuce, tomatos or onions (that's understandable). Yet, if you want extra tomatoes, onions or lettuce there is a fee which is understandable.

Had the same problem before, but with another customer. I asked for my extras on the side so they wouldn't have to pay for it. Unfortunately the staff said no, since I was going to give to another. If it's my food that I'm paying for, one can't stop me from sharing. I don't understand their practice or if it's with just a random event that day. The attitude in regards to that, was simply disappointing. (July 26th). Imagine having an autistic child that eats everything plain and they complain about how picky your kid is

Disgusting. Zucchini fries was burnt frys burnt. Called and spoke to manager they said they would replace next day and famous star on them when I whent they lied . Didn't want replace nothing but the burnt zucchini.
