Want to gatekeep this place because it's so good.. but I want them to get more recognition.. Anything I've ordered was delicious. The chef/owner puts his own spin on common dishes that are different but amazing tasting. Also, the owner/waitress is so sweet and great at her job. Sometimes, it's just her in the dining room, but she handles everything wonderfully.

It's a small, locally owned, delicious restaurant with reasonable to low prices and a wonderfully relaxed environment. The couple that own this restaurant are just as lovely and will be well missed in their retirement. I definitely recommend

We come to the Victorville area to visit friends and have for years. We always make time to go to dinner at Chateau Chang as often as possible. The menu has something for everyone. Great food.
