I always love to go to this Chili's and generally have a good experince. Our servers are always really great too, but this time I'm leaving a review to say don't bother ordering a meal to go! We waited a while for it at the end of our meal even though our original server said it was ready to go when we were almost done with our food. Asked another server about it because our original server went on break, I assume (she went MIA), and she said she would check but then blew us off. Walked by me several times, made eye contact, but did not give us any update on status of to-go meal, all the while asking tables around us if they needed anything. Finally, I asked a 3rd server about it and she was great, went and checked, came back and told us they were working on it and a little bit later brought it out to us. I can only assume they messed up and gave away the original meal to someone else and had to remake ours. After all of that, I brought it home to my husband only to find that the order was also messed up, haha! So, all in all a lame to-go meal experience!

Young man server with slick back hair spent most of his time talking with friends. Didn’t ask us how our meal was didnt get orders right bill was wrong. Had to ask the sweet blonde girl with long hair cute bow for help cause ours was to busy talking with friends and other coworkers. Very disappointed. Every time we come the server act like this or they’re rude and push us out even tho there 30 mins till closing. Don’t recommend its like it ran by bunch of lazy teenagers. The blonde was the only one working her ass off . We felt sorry for her having to do others job. Oh and steamed broccoli was raw cold asked for cooked camed back with half raw half cooked .

Horrible service waited 20 min to get water after being seated, after that I had to ask for waitress and for fifteen minutes, they told me that they were understaffed
I have never had a problem with this chili's till now. It took them 30 minutes longer then it was supposed to, to get my food from the Togo. Which I could have over looked but when I got home stuff was missing and I ended up throwing away half of my meal because it was dry are hard to eat. If you are looking for a Togo order don't go to Chili's.

Good food, great service and a very busy location. Hostess and waitress worth both very friendly. It was playoff football so the bar was packed. We had the fajitas. The steak meat and chicken was cooked well and seasoned nicely. The baked beans were a little too runny. Kids had tenders, they liked. Restroom was clean.

Service wasn't as good as it could have been, Our waiter was trying but didn't have the support he should have I watched his lead wander around not paying no care to the fact he had 6 or more tables he was waiting on. Food was great took forever to come out the kitchen most likely because of the same issue of the lack of support from the lead.

Chilis is one of those restaurants where the bad experiences aren’t even that bad. It’s generally a great place to have a group dinner, they have something for everyone!
Really cool spot for drinks and a quick bite. I wish they would put more sauce on the wings. I got "buffalo" but there was no sauce like one would expect. Never been given a dry wet wing before. Hella stingy.
The bartender was amazing and super attentive despite it being a busy football Sunday. Can't imagine how he did it all on his own!

Frequent Chili's visitor. First visit to Victorville location, our Waiter was awesome. Portion sizes are noticeably smaller, rushed in prep, and sloppy. Photo is a side of Chicken Enchilida Soup...Disappointed at the quality of our food. Went on a Wednesday evening, for date night. Not sure if I will be visiting this location again anytime soon.

Can't rate the food cause we never got a chance to sit down to eat. The host took our name down, around 530 pm today, and said it would be 30 minutes. At the end of our wait they said it would be at least another 30-45 minutes. I complained and said why not give it to us straight right at the beginning? So another hostess apologized and went to advise the manager and upon her return she told us that the manager refused to come out and talk to us because he was "too busy" and said "yeah, it's going to be at least that much longer." The hostess apologized again, and you could tell she was frustrated at how the manager handles customer service... So not faulting her at all. But a manager refusing to talk to a customer is total bullshit. I will contact Chili's corporate office and try to file a formal complaint. Customer service, in the restaurant business, is top priority. This manager has failed at his job.
11/19/2024 (update) the owner responded and basically said that I should call ahead to place myself on the wait list. Oh...and there was a half ass effort to apologize for the long wait. Apparently, my actual complaint was missed. I don't care if it's a long wait (30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours...I don't care). Just don't BS me and tell me it's only 30 minutes wait when in fact it'll be over an hour. Let me decide if I'm willing to wait. Worse than that is that the manager could care less about addressing a customer concern, but instead choosing to hide in the back. Stay away from this place.
