I can't remember ever having a bad experience here. The food is always very good. The staff is always great. Danielle was helping us. Kept our drinks filled. Food came out great. So nice. Fav is the honey Chipotle chicken crisper. Sooo good. I tried the nashville hot sauce this time. Was pretty good. Hard to compare as I have had the best in Nashville. Overall good though here. The chips and salsa and queso are always great with any meal. Great place to watch sports. Would go more often if we didn't live 25 to 30 mins away. Update. Their to go staff is great. Order was correct and everyone really nice today. Thank you so much.

Came with a group of 17 about 2 weeks ago to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday.
They had us sitting without offering any water or drinks for 30 minutes. We had to inform them that we were ready to order at least appetizers.
Since we were such a big group they spilt us up between two waitresses. One took orders from one side of the table while the other took another side.
One side got their food first by ~10 minutes. Meanwhile I was on the side that didn't. I hadn't seen our waitress (Jayden I believe) this whole time. But the other girl did come by to check on us more often (sorry didn't catch her name), and I asked her if the cook liked her best, she asked why, I replied because we still don't have our food and they're almost done with theirs (pointing at my friends happily eating). She was shocked and went to see about it.
She handled like a boss, got our waitress out to check on us. Food came out about less than 10 minutes later.
Besides that, food was good, prices are decent (lunch special rocks) and they sang my friend happy birthday.

The food was disappointing with some items seasoned really inconsistent; the broccoli had bites extremely salty and the next bite extremely bland. The ribs were tough and burned, and the brisket burger contained only a few strands of brisket. The 10 individual nachos while ok in flavour, had a Pico that lacked any flavour unless you like basic chopped tomatoes.
Service was slow and basics requested were forgotten the day we went at this location.
update: ribs were still overcooked, but the service was quite good.

Had a wonderful experience the other night . Server Kristina I believe was her name. she Was very attentive to our needs. She was sweet and kind. Food came out fast table cleaned up nice. Drinks always filled. Anything extra needed was done properly and professional. We will return because of her.
Moved up here last year used to go to the Chill’s In Rowland Heights. I have eaten at the Hesperia location about 6 times since I moved up the hill. The service is always great my main thing is always have my drinks filled I hate having an empty glass and then my food comes and nothing to drink. I always get a to go soda and they always bring it with no problem. I love to go to chill’s over Apple Bees for the food prices.
