I always love to go to this Chili's and generally have a good experince. Our servers are always really great too, but this time I'm leaving a review to say don't bother ordering a meal to go! We waited a while for it at the end of our meal even though our original server said it was ready to go when we were almost done with our food. Asked another server about it because our original server went on break, I assume (she went MIA), and she said she would check but...

Good food, great service and a very busy location. Hostess and waitress worth both very friendly. It was playoff football so the bar was packed. We had the fajitas. The steak meat and chicken was cooked well and seasoned nicely. The baked beans were a little too runny. Kids had tenders, they liked. Restroom was clean.

Service wasn't as good as it could have been, Our waiter was trying but didn't have the support he should have I watched his lead wander around not paying no care to the fact he had 6 or more tables he was waiting on. Food was great took forever to come out the kitchen most likely because of the same issue of the lack of support from the lead.
