Ok last time I got chipotle from here I found a inch worm in my bowl so please do better I don’t wanna be eating bugs but as I’m writing this I just ordered chipotle again so I’m praying there is no bugs in this

The food is great! But the customer service isn’t great at all. The first staff that ask us what we wanted, had to much attitude and wasn’t kind at all. This was on October 13,2024. We went to go have lunch after church with our family but the environment isn’t very welcoming. The other staff keep making fun of people who were walking out, I kept noticing it.

I generally like the burritos. However, I have noticed each location does them differently. This one was more on the smallest side. Customer service was okay considering I had to wait to be helped for an order that I placed ahead of time.
