I’m disappointed by Chuck E. Cheese’s employee’s recent actions and approach toward children with special needs. Safety rules are understandable, but there is a right and wrong way to speak to parents, especially when it involves a child with special needs. Treating parents like their children are breaking the rules on purpose, or worse, like they are a problem, is deeply disrespectful. I feel like they need to train their employees in disability awareness, sensitivity, and proper communication with parents.

Wow. If wasting your time were a competition, hand me my trophy. My pops had warned me about the atmosphere and golly gee he was right is all I can say. I brought the Mrs. and my two daughters this week and It was quite the experience from the start. We walked in and ordered with all being smooth until we got to our table. An employee by the name of Terrance quickly made his way over to greet us and see if we were ok. This was the only normal interaction between us. About thirty minutes while I was out playing games with the fam had when I decided to check on the status of our food. I got back to our table where our buzzer had been missing when Terrance would soon return with our food which was nice I guess. By now we’d all sat down to eat when he’d return and ask if we were regulars. I said no and he replied with, “I could tell because id definitely remember her face” Yes. This clown just hit on my wife right in front of me. Trying to shake it off, I ignored it and went on and he had gone to do anything else but work (I didn’t see this guy wipe a single table my whole visit). Another half an hour had passed before he’d return once again and ask if we needed boxes or anything when clearly we were all still eating and enjoying our time. I told him no in a somewhat serious tone of voice when he’d answer with a, “Hey my fault big dog don’t get all crazy on me” I asked him to leave and he left for about another 15 minutes until he’d come back to ask the same damn question. I told him yes because at this point I was irritated as was my wife. When he returned with the boxes he basically threw in a slight quip urging us to tip him because he “does more work than he gets paid for” which is not something he backed up with physical evidence at all. This is what just set me off and forced me to ask him what his problem was. He played dumb and acted as if he’d done nothing. This is when I’d noticed a distinct alcohol odor ascending from his breath so id assumed that’s what was causing this behavior. Thought he wasn’t out of control or crazy within our visit, this was all very unprofessional and disturbing and I wouldn’t recommend coming back. But dad was right about the pizza 👌🏼!

We had a great time coming in to celebrate my son's 6th birthday. Everyone was friendly and kind to us as we walked in. We enjoyed every moment spent there which was a total of 3 hours.

I wanted to celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday, we got there around 7:00pm order the food and waited for like an hour till I went to check if it was ready, the girl asked me what my order was and I showed her the receipt she said they didn't have my ticket, so we had to wait another 30 minutes for the food, by the time we eat it was time for them to close and the girl in charge was so rude didn't let my kids change they're tickets it seems like is under new management horrible service they are all in a hurry to get everyone out, but they take a long time to give you the food. Not going back

The pizza was waaaaaay to expensive for how bad it was, the games felt like half of them didn't work, and I had to wait for at least minutes for the worker to let us in, which they only ended up doing after I decided to try and walk up to the counter

We haven't been to chuck e cheese in so long years but I remember the last time it wasn't so good but this time around we went and spent Saturday night out for Our 🌺Dahlia Rose's 🌹 5th Birthday on a Saturday, we didn't plan a party but we were able to get 3 tables and set up 🙌🙏🥳🎂which was awesome. We had a blast the food was yummy pizza 🍕 wings and fries were delish and the salad bar was yummy also 🥗 and of course the drinks🙏😁. The place was packed but clean 🙏only thing that they ran out of was lids for the drinks but they were closing soon so totally understandable and they didnt rush us out they were all polite and kind🙏🤗😁. All the games were fun and we loved the small play area for the kids to jump and go down slides it's pretty awesome 🙏😁 thankyou for making our Time there wonderful we definitely will be back 🙏🤗Love yall Buuuuuut Jesus Loves You Most ✝️🙏🤍🕊🙌
We had a Birthday party on a Friday night. Pretty good prices and a discount on the trampoline and obstacle course area. Every employee was Extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back. 💓

Arrived early in the day and it was nice and clean throughout the entire area. Staff was attentive and helpful during our visit. Chuckie came out and interacted with the kids. Good experience. Just not a full rate 5 due to not having more games for toddlers like there use to be.

Took a trip to the ol’ chuck this Tuesday and I have honestly got to say that id have had more fun and satisfaction with my purchase had I gone to the chum bucket. What a serious waste of time, money, and life. The food was moderate, the games were crappy and the staff was questionable. I only say questionable because I can’t completely say good. I enjoyed the service I was provided up to the extent of the African American Busser. I wasn’t able to get his name but you’ll know who I’m talking about when you go, and magically smell tobacco. (This guy reeked of it) he continuously checked on me and my wife which is normally a good thing, but in this guys case, became vastly aggressive and extremely unprofessional. This eventually got so annoying that we moved our spots to the opposing side of the restaurant only for him to circle back and do the same there. Now I’m not normally one to leave reviews or complain but this instance is what made my decision for me when the guy flat out asked for a tip. I understand that this isn’t usually the type of place you leave a tip at because there isn’t a direct server, and I wouldn’t have minded much, but for him to have asked after basically harassing me and my wife our entire visit? Once again this was very distasteful and I really hope this guy gains knowledge of what he’s doing and just lets the good things come to him. But whatever, the pizza was good.
