I hosted my grandson’s birthday party here about a week or two ago, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Our party host I believe her name was Veah had a poor attitude from the start. I did not feel welcomed or properly attended to, which is not what you expect when paying for a party package.
The food arrived late, and there were multiple mistakes throughout the party that added unnecessary stress. On top of that, a manager was loudly yelling at employees in front of guests, which made the entire environment uncomfortable and overstimulating especially for children and families.
Overall, the experience was chaotic and unprofessional. I would not choose this location again and do not recommend it for birthday parties.

Great place, we take our grandkids and they have a blast. Monthly fun pass makes it very affordable. We hosted an Ultimate Birthday Party and it was such an awesome time. Our grandson said it was his best day every. ❤️

They made sure everything ran smoothly, kept the party on schedule, and handled everything with a positive attitude and a smile.
The kids felt special and well taken care of, and as a parent, I truly appreciated how stress-free they made the whole experience. From serving food to coordinating games and cake time, everything was done seamlessly. You can tell they genuinely care about making birthdays memorable.

I’m disappointed by Chuck E. Cheese’s employee’s recent actions and approach toward children with special needs. Safety rules are understandable, but there is a right and wrong way to speak to parents, especially when it involves a child with special needs. Treating parents like their children are breaking the rules on purpose, or worse, like they are a problem, is deeply disrespectful. I feel like they need to train their employees in disability awareness, sensitivity, and proper communication with parents.
