Coming from Texas and actually having churches chicken I can say this place is not churches chicken. You have to pay for gravey and it is almost 4$ and it is brown gravy not white gravy. The food was good and the staff was nice.

Wheelchair accessibility: No. They hate the disabled here. I actually saw them throw a wheelchair at one guy after they stole it out from under another guy.

I did the mobile order. When i got home, I realized they forgot to give me my drink. I tried calling but no one answered & the machine was full. I finally made another order but went in this time. I told them about not getting my drink the last time. First, he asked to see the receipt. I don't have it on me, but I brought up the order in the app. Then he said that since I didn't leave a message he couldn't replace my drink. Really! Why did you ask for my receipt?...
