This place is great. Never had any issues. They are located right at the entrance to the foodcourt on the left side before wetzels. The location on Google is not right. The rolls are always delicious. You can order a pint of the extra icing. Yuuum. I always get the 15 minis as only couple more dollars than the 9 count. The minis have plenty of sugar.

This is the second time i have been to this place. The first time it was great. I went in today and my cinnamon bun wasnt fully baked. The coffee was good. Just the cinnamon bun was a big no to me this time.

Ordered delivery. By far the worst cinnamon rolls I have ever had the displeasure of trying to choke down. Absolutely disappointed. Especially after fees and tip it was $50. Horrible.

I didn't get a job at the Cinabon in the Pilot on 395 because I said I knew someone from the mall location. The hiring manager said "people come from the mall to complain to them."

I can’t comment on service or atmosphere since my order was a delivery, but if the food is any indicator of these factors then I’m sure this place is all around horrible. I had one of the buns and it was salty??? I know you put salt in baked goods to enhance the sweetness, but there’s a limit. The salty flavor is still in my mouth minutes after eating it. ?

Recently when ordering the lady who took my order was extremely rude and unhelpful, slamming my cup and getting mad at me for changing the mind on my drink, I come back the other day and the same lady takes my order with the same attitude. extreme lack of customer service at this location

Worst location of a cinnabon ever, My mother bought my father a six pack a cinnabon for father's day Guess what we get to open cinnabons with a hair in it and of course because someone took a bite in it they won't even exchange it we didn't even ask for a refund they won't exchange it. I told them to keep the box then everything else was intact. (it was at the point when we saw the hair come out of the food that everyone didn't want to touch the box and I don't blame them.) Worst experience ever.

At 7:30, the workers decided to help the gentleman in front of us but decided that for us they were closed. Trash customer service. Just go elsewhere.
