I can’t comment on the atmosphere since I went through the drive-thru, but I can speak on the service and food. As a former Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, I know how much customer service plays a role in whether a guest’s experience feels positive or negative. Sometimes the smallest details make a difference—like an order being slightly off, a burrito breaking during the drive home, or even the restroom being low on supplies, which can happen quickly when staff are stretched thin.
From reading many of the negative reviews, it seems some of the frustration comes from moments when customer service didn’t quite meet expectations. However, during my visit, I was impressed. The morning shift employee who helped me was very patient and friendly, which really stood out. The food was tasty, and as the person who ordered a shake at 5 a.m., I was pleasantly surprised to find the ice cream machine working. 😊

how is there no cashier 🥀 just the tablet 🥀 no one's really helpful and they messed up the order and had to remind her of the food and drinks and shake 😭 I put a plain chewse burger (just cheese no lettuce no onion no tomato) they gave onion tomato and lettuce... no cheese like bruh. then put a regular burger just no onion... gave onion and and no tomato cheese or lettuce 😭😭😭??? and when I went to grab my food, my friend was like let's check to see if we have everything, and then they suddenly remember oh shoot don't forget this bag, a bag I was never handed 😭😭 and then I had to remind her of my drink and shake and she doubled checked on the screen like I was lying 😭😭😭 but she was nice. my food was good but they messed up my family's. idk how u mess up so bad

How do you manage to screw up an order made up of only three items? I asked for two ranch chicken rollers, I got two chipotle that made me break out in hives within the first bite. A medium coke with lite ice ended up being ice filled to the brim and 5 gulps my coke is gone. Like come on, man. At least give me something refreshing to drink before you cause my throat to close up from an allergic reaction.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Customer service and support, What I believe was the Manager was Rude and Extremely unprofessional!! This place was ABSOLUTELY Dirty, all the Tables Need to be cleaned up and wiped down!!! 🤢🤮😒😠 These So called Carne Asada Tacos are Straight up Garbage, the Tortilla texture and taste like they just took it out of the package, dry and Hard 🤬🤬🤬 NO Napkins!!! Who ever is Manager Needs to be Retrained or Fired!!! I've been to several and I mean several del tacos and even in other states and this del Taco makes del Taco look Horrible all the way around, From How Dirty it is to the Food being Garbage, Feel like I was Robbed!!!

We ordered 6 snack hard shell tacos with no lettuce, a bean & cheese burrito with extra red sauce & a chicken quesadilla. Cashier charged us for soft tacos instead of the hard shell tacos & the burrito had all the red sauce pouring out from the side. We didn't realize our order was a mess until we got home. We decided not to go back (didn't want to chance them messing up our order again) & just ate the food. This location really sucks! Never coming back.

I was comming off a shift and wanted a quick dinner before starting work again and I am basic with my Del Taco order. Crunchtada Tostadas. That's it. And all 3 were very sad. The beans tasted different and had different consistencies somehow on ALL 3. The last one even had a slight hint of what seemed like coconut lotion or perfume which kind of horrified me and I'm pretty sure it wasn't the back to back shift crazy kicking in. The second tostada was missing sauce, and was so thick with beans that weren't blended properly it was quite an interesting experience. And continually traveling backwards, the first one wasn't even spread out. When I tell you. It was a thick disco of ingredients in the middle and nothing towards the outer end, when I first opened the box my immediate thought was the person who made this either needs go get fired or hasn't been bc they are a nepo kid. Or both. Service was alright. Nothing special but met relative expectations, a bit sad given they get paid that much for that mid. Can't rate atmosphere I was picking up through drive thru. And I ate at my work parking lot incase I was late and had to cut lunch short. Hence my lack of initial complaint.
Ill probably go back, I won't deny, I like the prices AFTER digital coupons or hanging on between paychecks. But I would probably not have this as my first choice for lunch when there are better alternatives nearby.

They made it so if you walk inside now you have to place your order thru a kiosk no employee will help. Trying to add a coupon would not work and when I went to the payment screen the machine glitched out I wasted enough time with their BS I left and went to mcdonalds get better del taco seriously 1 of the worst
