The order was complete, but the way the food was put together was not up to par portions, which were very minimal, and the shake was already melting when I got to the window, no seasoning for the fries, just was not a good experience

I come here every weekend never had issues , after coming here yesterday I would never come again . I always order a fish taco and ask for a cup of water . First the girl taking my order says do you want the free water or are you going to buy it ? Mind you I asked for a cup of water not a bottle water . Anyways I get to the window and there 2 ladies sitting there just laughing mind you my order is just sitting there , not until 5 mins later she comes to the window and charges me closes it waits a few mins and hands me my order . Like really my orders been sitting there this whole time . Anyways once I get my order I go park and eat in the car . The fish was not cooked and the tortilla was wet . Now I know why they kept laughing . I am learning not to let people bring me out of character so I just threw it away and left and told myself never come back but I was very upset .

People were too busy at the drive thru to wait on the counter customers. Haven't been in years and thought I would try it out. Still the same, lots of refried beans, a little meat. In emergency need of the bathroom code and couldn't get it until I said please. Won't be going to Del Taco again.
