The food is so good the environment is great and the workers always make me feel welcome. Cynthia helps me almost every time and is always pleasant and professional.

Placed my order on their app, went to pick it up because it said it was ready, and the location was closed. What a waste of time and money.

We visited on Memorial Day and quite surprised to find only 1 other customer inside seated. No wait to order our food for dine-in which was nice. My friends both ordered the 1 meat plate, one was the brisket and the other ribs. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich without pickles but received with pickles. Not a big deal as I could easily take off. The food was very good as was the sides we ordered. Good size servings as well. The ribs were cooked just right. My friend enjoyed the chopped brisket but said he wished he got the sliced instead. The lady working the register was friendly. The reason for the 4 stars is due to pickles added when ordered without (not a huge deal), the table to get utensils and the bbq sauce needed cleaning as well as tables and condition of the restroom, no soap or paper towels and definitely in need of cleaning. With a little better house keeping and attention when taking orders could be 5 stars. Can’t go wrong with the ribs though.

They're open!! And under NEW Management!! The quality is much better and what you find at most other Dickey's BBQ, quite good! Love their chicken. The brisket is normally a bit dry, but sauce it up and it's quite tasty! Would definitely come back! Sign up online and you'll get some great deals!

Best BBQ joint in the area. Great service. Sauces are sweeter and thicker than you'd find in a family BBQ joint in Texas hill country, but definitely up to par for California establishments.

This Dickeys OPT OUT on all coupons and there prices are outrageous. No coupons ,emails with coupons NOT accepted no exceptions…I see why DICKEYS is always EMPTY no customers

I went to order online a family meal for my family and on the website there was an option to receive five dollars off when you opt in to receive text messages. We drove about 10 minutes to pick up the order, got there and the staff told my husband they refunded the money and cancelled the order due to the owner “opting out” of any promotions or discounts because he wants the customers to pay full price.. They claimed they called which they didn’t, I didn’t even get an email and when I checked the tracker it said my order was ready for pick up.Not an issue if the offer wouldn’t have popped up but to not communicate is really unprofessional and annoying at the least.

They set their prices for a pork sandwich to 112 dollars so you don't order the online lunch special. They refuse to honor any online ad because they are a franchise. No disclaimer online no exceptions listed.

Food was good ,ordered threw door dash items were not in the bag when I called Drew told me people call all the time to get free stuff I just wanted bbq sauce that was not in bag I drove 7 miles to get bbq sauce and let Drew know I was not a thief but of course he was gone
