It was supposed to be curbside pickup and although the employees seen me outside with my hazards on, they didn't come out. I had to go in to get my order. There was barely any toppings on my pizza along with cheese. I ordered a veggie pasta bowl but the was sausage throughout with light cheese sauce aven though it was supposed to be two different types of cheese.
I did not pick up, it was delivered but the pizza sucked and the pasta wasn't filled up..wouldn't recommend this location

Bro where is the sauce, christmas in 2 days and a nice pizza night ruined w some dry ass pizza, like intentionally making it wrong, WHAT IS PIZZA WITHOUT SAUCE, GIVING ME A GRILLED CHEESE AT THAT
I ordered 2 pizzas, and one was fine while the other one was cut like this. I am not sure how this past the "quality check" but it was completely unacceptable. I called the location, and they gave me the option of going back with the messed up pizza and exchanging it for a fresh one or getting credited back for that pizza. I chose the credit since I was unable to make a trip back. That happend Friday the 25th and I have not been credited. This pizza was meant to be shared with multiple people and cut as it was that was impossible, which was super disappointing and inconvenient.

Managers lie about their names. Had a remake because I wanted my wings well done! They tried to tell me my remake was too old and It was no longer valid. Very unprofessional the GM Norelli has a bad attitude no customer service at all! From one manager to another we need to do better! Don’t like you job get another one! We give you your job! We allow for you to come to work everyday! Treat your customers better!
Why are they open until 12am if customers can’t order a pizza at 11:15pm? Why keep your doors open? Went in store at 11:15 4th of July and guy said they’re not accepting orders. Doesn’t make sense. Should post that on their site so customers don’t waste their time and gas.

Great location! The staff is friendly and greets you by name as soon as you enter. They offer you sauces, chili, or anything else you might need. The location is very convenient, close to major anchor stores, supermarkets, main avenues, and the freeway. This is perfect, especially if you're coming from Las Vegas. You can place your order when passing Barstow and be confident that it will be ready when you arrive. The hours are very convenient. Great store, congratulations!
