I had a pretty poor experience due to inattentive staff. The drink I ordered was very hot. I was handed it without a sleeve. I tried repeatedly to get the staff's attention as there were 4 workers near the window. One was playing with the cash in the tip box. They obviously ignored me when I tried to get their attention.
