I asked for a drink without ice, and I got this. I was passing by, so I stopped at this location before going home. I was taking the drink for someone, and I didn't want it to get watered down. I will never stop here again when I go back home not even in my area that they do this.

It seems to be very unorganized compared to other Dutch Bros. Even with ordering ahead your drink won't be ready at the estimated time you'll still need to wait another 15 minutes for your drink. Lately the drinks don't even look how they're supposed to either. I ordered one pumpkin Brulee and one cookie butter they didn't even have the drizzle on them I couldn't even tell them apart.

Things this location excels at:
Not understanding how to do window ORDERS right.

Not following their own dual lane setup.

Having drug addicts outside.

In reality this location is hell. Long lines. There are two specific staff members that are beyond rude. Everyone else is fine. By fine I mean they don’t do the line process properly. They tend to favor the left hand lane and leave the right one hanging. And on numerous occasions now they have messed up on my orders but they stick to their guns. Most recently we ordered two drinks. They made 3(????) and wouldn’t drop the extra drink despite us literally ordering it right there. Had to pay for three and my wife gave the third away to a random employee inside. Not sure why. I’d rather have poured it out. I’m not coming back here. Going to the one on main.

It just seems like the barista was worried more about conversation than making the coffees correctly. Once I received my coffee it was disgusting. I went to the nearby gas station and threw it away.

I was very disappointed in the drink I was served I ordered a new flavor and it was gross especially since the person who waited on us made it a rebel automatically without asking me because I always order the lemonade never a rebel especially at my age that's not good for someone who battles heart problems.So most likely will not return
