Bad Service..... other Dutch bros announce that your drink is ready & even look for you if necessary.... Not here.... Drinks are ok, but don expect great service like the other Dutch bros.....

More like a 3.5 star experience, as I felt the overall service was definitely lacking and the coffee was nothing too special (but not bad tasting either). I heard of the hype that is Dutch Bros all the way to Orange County, and thought it might be the perfect time to try this brand out. The selection looked interested, with Dutch favorites that had unique combinations that may resemble the menu at Starbucks. I ordered the protein coffee iced, and the associate explained it's basically coffee with 2% mixed with whey. The coffee itself was not very strong but at least the milk and whey paired well and did not seem grainy (like some poorly made protein shakes). The wait was atrocious though...I did not do the drive thru and ordered at their small window that allowed for people to walk up. It took at least 10 minutes for my coffee on a late Monday afternoon, which is impressive that they have that kind of business in the middle of the day but also left me to wait without any shade or cover standing awkwardly at that small window. They did not take down a name or call by order number, and I actually had to go up a couple times to check if my drink was ready. Really annoying, and really impacted the experience. I guess if you use drive thru, it may be better. Also, I didn't like how the menu was not clear on pricing. Apparently there are other smaller sizes available, but they only show the price for a 24oz drink. Lack of transparency, slow service, and OK product means I'll probably just go to Starbucks for at least quicker service.

My favorite is the strawberry horchata! The workers are so sweet! I wish it was big enough for you to sit inside or if they had tables to sit outside.

The protein latte is what drove me in to try this place for the first time, and it is now my number one spot to go to literally every day. I no longer even consider St*rbucks anymore. The coffee and the service is always perfect and always consistent! 10 out of 10 would recommend Dutch Bros. And if you are hesitant on trying to protein latte, trust me, just do it. It does not taste any different than a regular latte and is more beneficial.

Lines are ridiculous , their drive thru is set up to go the shortest line somehow the ppl behind me always get their order taken first . It’s ridiculous . By the time I get my drink it’s watered down from sitting on their counter so long . I won’t be coming back I know they don’t care but I would have been a loyal customer .
