Just an update , the customer service people ask you what the issue was and to contact them to know more all so they ignore you and dont respond , ridiculous
Service sucks they take a super long and the people taking orders take their time talking to people in the car even as the line grows Walk up window is the same they help who they want when they want

I don't understand the purpose of pre order and then waiting longer to get my drink than the people in the drive through. This place really needs better management. I usually go to the one in fontana, and they are fast about it but come here on my days off and I always have an issue at this store..

Based on last visit. 1 drink, took 10 minutes to place order because there was no one taking walk up orders. 20 minutes for drink to be ready and I had to go to the windows to ask for it, it was sitting on the counter. Drink was good, I received extra ice instead if lite ice which is what I requested.

Make sure you reiterate that you want your cold brew to be cold on a hot day because they will give you a hot drink say “it’s a toasted cold brew” then it ends up being a watery hot chocolate instead. Waited 20 min in line for the wrong thing entirely. My other drinks were fine but mine was awful.

O always order ahead and it gives you a time to pick up with a email confirmation..It's never ready, I wanted a refund and she told me Sorry she couldn't I would have to send a email to corporate, and that there is only 1 person making drinks when their line is long. I think ima start going to starbucks again at least they have multiple people making drinks I was late to work which I'm upset about whats the point of ordering ahead if the drink is not ready!!DISAPPOINTED..I waited Saturday for over 30mins for a online purchase.
