I know I’m a plain person, but this is my favorite place in the food court to get food. I love getting the teriyaki with white rice. I’ve had the chicken and its also really good but my favorite is the beef.

It is the best food spot at the mall. It's the only reason we come to the mall to be honest. Best chicken yakisoba. They even add the spicy sauce while cooking if you like. The service is always great and fast. Noticed they are getting a longer and longer line, but it's well worth the wait!

I went here the other night after work and had the teriyaki chicken with rice and broccoli. It was a good meal to take home when you don't feel like cooking.

Kobe Japan is delicious! We don't even come to the mall anymore to shop, we come here for dinner at Kobe Japan. We get the Chicken Yakisoba (noodles). I get it with mushrooms and teriyaki sauce at the end. My husband gets the same thing but spicy, so the cook mixes chile sauce into the chicken and noodles when it's being sautéed. The staff is lovely and the service is great and quick. Great and simple ingredients make for an amazing meal. I wish they had their own stand alone restaurant.

This place use to be good. It the quality am has gone down and the prices up. The man Ritalin that works the cashier has no good customer service. The veggies were not cooked the gyoza were burnt and undercooked at the same time.

Best food in the food court. I've been ordering here for many years. Always fantastic!Vegetarian options: My daughter is vegetarian. We go here whenever she is home from college. She orders teriyaki tofu and broccoli over rice.

Bad customer service. Its 528 on new years eve. Theres only a male cook and female cashier. The make cook, asian tan skinned short guy rudely said they are closed when they close at 6. Every food business at the food court is open until 6 but them.

While we were at The Mall of Victor Valley (TMOVV) food court getting our boba drinks from Pho-licious and Mexican delights from Thirsty Cactus, my youngest daughter was hungry and asked if she can have some beef yakisoba from Kobe. I said, yes of course. I don't do much homecooking except for the basic stuff. I have attempted special home-cooked dishes in the past, but nowadays I ask myself, why spend energy, resouces, and time on a few okay dishes when we can pay the professionals for better tasting dishes and spend that time elsewhere on fun things LOL. For those passionate cooks who loves homecooking, all the power to you and when should I be over?... I'll bring dessert (store bought of course) LOL. I am waiting for the universe to send me a true soulmate who cooks... I will be more than happy to be their sous chef LOL.Kidding aside or not LOL... let's get back to this review...We got 3 entrees... overall, they were all good. The beef and chicken were tender. Veggies were very fresh and love the broccoli + cabbage combo. Seafood could have been more though. The only other thing was the teriyaki sauce flavor. It was too light and watery... needs to be thicker, heavier, and tastier. If you would like, you can ask for more sauces either on the entree or on the side.1 Beef & Chicken Yakisoba1 Seafood Yakisoba (shrimp, salmon, and scallop)1 Shrimp & Chicken RiceStaff was pleasant. Cooks were okay. Line was very short from cashier to cooks so it can be a little squishy between customers unless the line shifts to the left away from the cashier. Prices are higher than before, but what isn't nowadays. We'll still return to Kobe when we're craving teriyaki foods. Hopefully, their teriyaki sauce would have improved by then. Happy Kobe'ing!

I actually really enjoy this place they have the best food in the mall, I don't ever even really shop at the mall, but every now and then I stop by just to eat here, I get half noodles, half rice, Steak chicken and shrimp spicy no mushrooms. Highly recommend!

Every single time I make that dreadful trip to the mall, stopping here is a must. It makes the trip worth while. I have been eating here for years and it never fails to make me happy. We always get the bento box. We have tried every meat option with the yakisoba noodles. The food is always fresh and delicious. Their specialty drinks are all yummy. I highly recommend if you haven't tried this place you stop by and give it a try.
