Everything is so good and fresh the options of drinks are outstanding. The restrooms and restaurant is always clean at every location I have been told. The employees are very friendly and efficient. Most employees speak spanish as well. They also offer a military discount. This is the best chicken fast food establishment, there is.

They didn't give me my churros I had to come back I didn't get nothing for dring over 5 miles and by the time we got back my food got cold I tried to tell the drive thru that they should give me something or a discount she was really rude I hope manager sees this

This was probably one of the best El Pollo Loco's I been to. The guy at the register was so friendly and polite. He treated my senior dad with total respect. I don't remember his name but he worked the evening shift on June 26th. The food was nice a hot and my dinner was good. PS. Give that guy a raise.

Drive thru order, guy couldn't remember order, so girl at window added item missing. CHECK YOUR ORDER. Given chicken torilla soup with out garnish- onion, cilantro, tortilla straps and spoon.

I went there about 10 minutes before they closed. Ordered 2 tacos and a avocado burrito. The chicken was cold.The avocado burrito was not made correctly very disappointed.I ended up throwing it away.
They do not know how to read we asked for for the exact amount of salsa and they did not complete the order very disappointed

I loved the guacamole chicken burrito it filled me and my daughter up. The promotion for the guac was pretty good at 4 dollars. It was so good compared to other places. My husband loved it to and we ordered more.
