Terrible. They got my whole order wrong. I think they did it on purposes. Those kind of people dont deserve to work. God sees yall. Two girls talking and laughing while getting my order wrong on purpose.I wasnt rude back or even rude and im on a diet.Ordered a coke zero with light ice so they thought they would be funny and put my coke in a small cup.then I said you gave me the wrong drink and they gave my two extra drinks I had no room for.Ordered my son a kids meal with mac n cheese and he got rice. Karma thats all I can say. I hope your manager sees this.

I went to the drive-thru. I paid $18 for 8 piece leg and thighs. They were the smallest drumsticks I’ve ever seen and very small amount of meat on the thighs. I don’t eat meat but I took them to a pot luck gathering. When I opened them up I was embarrassed. They didn’t look anything like the advertisement on TV. What a waste of money!

Everything is so good and fresh the options of drinks are outstanding. The restrooms and restaurant is always clean at every location I have been told. The employees are very friendly and efficient. Most employees speak spanish as well. They also offer a military discount. This is the best chicken fast food establishment, there is.

This was probably one of the best El Pollo Loco's I been to. The guy at the register was so friendly and polite. He treated my senior dad with total respect. I don't remember his name but he worked the evening shift on June 26th. The food was nice a hot and my dinner was good. PS. Give that guy a raise.

I went there about 10 minutes before they closed. Ordered 2 tacos and a avocado burrito. The chicken was cold.The avocado burrito was not made correctly very disappointed.I ended up throwing it away.
