For the first time afer 46 years eating at pollo loco first time on 1980 in los Angeles and before that in Mexico I just have to say the worst customer service ever. The tortillas weren't even heated up they were hard and stale, the lady in the front had a really bad attitude like i did something wrong to her. bye bye one of my favorite pollos rostisados 🫡😔.

Not even busy. Literally the only person to order except for the person that came in 5 minutes after me. Ordered 3 simple Al carbon tacos. 16 minutes later STILL waiting for them yet the person that ordered 5 minutes after me got his food immediately. Go up to the counter employee hands me a drink but no food. 4 minutes later hands me wrong order. Last time I came here they were offering churros for a good review soooo obviously they know their services is trash if they’re bribing people. If you’re going to demand $20/hr then you need to provide service warranting that pay.

This is a really nice Pollo loco. Obviously the chain has problems with their menu and quality like the fact that they abandon black beans and their tortillas are just complete crap. But the chicken is always good and of all the Pollo loco locations we visit this is one of the nicest. Great ambiance easy parking. Friendly staff even some nice views out the windows. Highly recommend this as a quick convenient stop if you use the phone app to order and have your order waiting for you when you swing through.

Food was delicious and fresh. No counter service available. Customer must use the kiosk. Inconvenience to customer. I'd prefer someone taking my order. Staff was busy in back preparating food. We had to wait a while for extra untensils and sauce. Staff was kind when they were available.

Food was fresh and flavorful. They had touch screens to order inside. The service was friendly and helpful. Not sure about atmosphere. I ordered to go. The only issue was I didn't get my tortillas with my order. I was disappointed but the young lady that helped me was so kind I just accepted as an over sight. Over all I was very satisfied with my service.
It's a standard El Pollo Loco, but it's a relatively new location. There are automated tellers only. The food was ready from the app order and created to our order. Minor issue was it was difficult to hear the worker with the knives clanging behind her.

Order a two piece breast and wing, payed for breast and wing, which is more expensive, but got leg and thigh. Now I’ll out of monies and I’ll still be hungry. Get it together. I don’t pay with fake money.
Update: I was there again. Asked for green sauce, got pico de gallo instead. I beg the owner of this place to hire English proficient employees. I’m sure it’ll help with this low star reviews. Next complaint will be on BBB.

Tonight (5/16/25) my husband & I came in for dinner. It was unusually busy but the crew and especially the manager were phenomenal! They made the wait super bearable just by staying calm and smiling! Our food looked great. Someone was cleaning while others were cooking and helping guest. So a clean kitchen for us is a win! And to top it off....when we were leaving after a bit of a wait...the manager (atleast he should be the manager) wished us well and stopped just to tell to get home safe. Nice Touch Sir! If I was having a bad day....Him & his crew made it better. I appreciate that! Oh....and the chicken burrito was fire! Lol!
