Just left el pollo loco. I was disappointed as I got home and had to already wait 15 more mins for my order. They rushed it and but everything I said I didn't want on my double baja shrimp tostada they put it on there. So I payed for something I didn’t want as I had to scrap the beans, pico, and avacado that was on my receipt to take off.

Recently went here paid for a 12 piece chicken meal when I got home to serve my family I noticed I was only given 8 pieces of chicken so I immediately called them and told them they told me to come back and they would give me a free side for the inconvenience when I returned apparently the manager on duty thought this was funny when the employee went to explain to him about the order being wrong he was saying something to her and apparently was laughing because I had this experience so therefore I will not be eating at El Pollo Loco anymore because this was not a laughing matter at all not with the prices they are charging for the 12piece family meal and then the chicken was overcooked and dry as well

Their chicken tastes good but I am not giving them 5 stars because of their menu coupon. They make me spend more. I don't want more than what I need. It's not a convenient and friendly place. I hope their customer service improves as far as dealing with coupon orders will make business better.
