This has to be the most poorly run food place I've been to in the High Desert in my years of being here. They need to hire staff with intentions to work. I went in at 12:17 to the drive-thru, they took my order, and I pulled up. Waited a few minutes for them to finish the order for the guy in front of me. When I pulled up, it was 12:26, and they told me there was no grilled chicken that I ordered, so I switched it out. Receipt says 12:28PM when they swiped my card. They then told me there was no BBQ or Ranch or condiments like that- ketchup only. Great, dry burger I didn't want. So they park me in the front. I waited 13 minutes and walked in at 12:54, and they had my food ready with no intention to bring it out to me. I had a baby in the backseat and went through the drive-thru for a reason.

Went yesterday afternoon to order and customer service was awful, the guy at the window was rude, he became irritate when asked how come they were limited on their drink selection, we waited 10 min, before he came back to the window and was asked about my order, he stated that it wasn’t going to be made because I was rude when I asked about the drink selection, I became upset and went around to go inside and he was locking the door, that’s when I noticed 2 bullet holes in the door, we have gone previously there and the girl is very kind and has great customer service but his guy needs to go to customer service training or something, I will never go there again!!!Parking: No one was parked it was empty

The bathroom was dirty and it leaked water from the pipes and toilet paper was stuffed to soak up the water we were very disappointed in the meal fries weren't good and the Philly cheese steak sandwich was not good hardly any cheese on the Philly

hey guys if you want some really good food. Head to fancy burger. Ive never had curly fries and onion rings so pefectly seasoned and fried each of them is the right texture of crunchy not hard but not too soft and so fluffy on the inside. There chicken sandwhiches wether spicy or not are not. Your standard chicken pattys its chicken cuttlets on a bun. It was the best if you want something fried and prepared right give this place a shot. They have so many options. i will be going to dine in here again for sure I'd even say I'd be happy to eat here as a regular.

Food was good but wouldn't describe anything as truly 'fancy'. Menu had us thinking we had found a replacement for DQ, A&W, Arby's, Tom's, and Charley's all in one. Total for family of four to eat dinner shocked us to never return.

Came out to victorville California and had a taste for a pastrami cheeseburger. Looked this place up and they had one. Also picked up the pastrami chili cheese fries. Food was made to order and was nice and hot. The burger was a little small but the fries were fire. I'm not disappointed at all.

Fancy Burger is a nice local place to eat. They have a great menu, a wide variety to choose from. Something for everyone. Their ice cream is great too. Fair prices, good service, and the restaurant is always clean and maintained. I definitely recommend fancy
