My friend & I wanted to eat something relatively healthy. She suggested this restaurant. I’ve always seen the Flame Broiler but this was my first time visiting & it won’t be my last!
🥙 Food: plenty of healthy options. I ordered a regular bowl with half angus beef and half chicken and veggies and brown rice. The beef was really dry but the chicken was DELICIOUS.
They also have a variety of sauces to choose from. The jalapeño sauce was AMAZING.
Vibe: this is a fast casual restaurant. Not the most comfortable place to sit for a long period of time but there were tables and chairs available that were clean.

Not much of an atmosphere, small, clean "restaurant" in Victorville. Gives you more of a "to go orders" vibe. Aidan took my order, very personable, went over the menu and various options in depth after I told him it was my first time. Food was good, pretty pricey. I used a BOGO coupon, but plates are about $16 on the average. Includes chicken or beef, white rice, veggies and salad. The sauces are great and they sell them in the bottle as well as offer self-serve options to your desire.Also tried the new chicken wings promo. Again, flavor of the sauce was good but wouldn't necessarily go here for wings.Might try again, but would only order the plate with chicken.

Talk about tasteless. How can you make angus beef like that and brag about it? Texture was way off too, like they get their beef in plastic bags and microwave it. Yeeech.

I go here about once a year and now I know why I go here about once a year. Not a lot of choices to make choose your rice, then your protein and your veggies. I got the double meat Korean spicy chicken this time with brown rice. My wife got the half and half chicken and beef. Neither was spectacular or even memorable but it did fill us up. It was not too long after lunch and that's why I'm guessing the chicken was overcooked and dry. Sauces were good and we definitely drenched our protein in them. Service was excellent and fast.
