There's a young lady by the name of Brandy she works in drive-thru every time I go through drive-thru or even dining in she is so pleasant and happy all the time she really takes pride in her job and you rarely see that these these days she is an awesome worker and have a wonderful personality she really should be manager or assistant manager because that young lady is always on her job I sit there and watch her sometimes when I come in and she's always happy and doing everything what a smile on her face just wanted you guys to know she's an awesome worker

Great food that came quickly. Didn't need the employee complaining about wanting tips from filthy customers, as she was helping another employee sweep old fries away from the booth we chose to sit in.

I love their burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. My husband and I eat there at least once a week. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it to anyone craving a delicious burger. Keep up the good work.

Really nice people woeking there. Fun old fashioned atmosphere. Delicious patty melt. Fries were a little too salty but maybe that was just me. I will go there again.

We always forget this place is here but it is delicious every time we go! It's a bit pricer for our family but everyone is always happy with their meals!

I am new to the area and this was my first time trying this chain. The first time my dad ordered Freddy's on an app there was an issue with the food that was delivered, or lack there of. But when I came in tonight, the team at Freddys was amazing, accommodating, and helpful, I couldn't be more pleased. their names were Jaden, Jessica, ugh I forget and cannot find my reciept where I wrote the names down.
Moving on, lol. Something to note during my visit was an employee was there on their off time to get a meal and laugh with their fellow team members. I have always thought that that says something about the way they keep their kitchen and the culture of the buisness. If they want to eat there, it must be clean, and if they laugh and enjoy themselves, they must enjoy their jobs together. Unfortunately, I didn't really care for the food, had nothing to do with he team. I am just not super into fried food, and the burger was just not my style with the smashed texture of the patties. Also, the turtle shake had so many nuts in it. It was like eating a bowl of cereal. It was as if the ratios were way off. They gave me a pup custard for my pup. She turned her nose up but ate some when we got home :-) and she's a snob. Thanks for correcting an issue Freddy's, I can not say I will be back to eat, but I will say that the atmosphere may make it to where I might just give it a second try.
9/30 I have taken the time to come back and add an extra star to my review. I really appreciate a business that actually takes the time out of their busy day to address a review! Due to this friendly communication, when I can afford to go eat at Freddy's I will give it a second try!!;
