I came in with the intention of placing a large order of smoothies for my company employees. Before ordering, I politely asked to use the restroom. I was allowed in but then shortly after an employee (short Hispanic blonde curly haired mid age ) working around 12pm began violently banging on the bathroom door and screaming at me to “get out of the store” multiple times.
I was completely caught off guard and felt humiliated and attacked. I was then told I had caused them to “lose a pregnant customer” because I was using the restroom. I had no idea anyone else was waiting, and there was absolutely no reason to treat a customer this way or bang on the door, rather than politely knocking. Keep in mind, I did get kicked out of the store.
This was aggressive, unprofessional, and honestly disturbing behavior from the worker. No business should speak to customers like that especially someone who was about to spend a significant amount of money there.
After carefully reading reviews it seems like this is an ongoing problem with no action being taken and every time i come here it’s always the same type of rudeness coming from her. If I have to be honest, I would not trust someone with this type of behavior towards customers, making my order.
left immediately and will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere. If this is how they treat customers before an order is even placed, I can’t imagine what service is like after. If anyone read this, there are better places for your smoothies that will offer great customer service and a better experience.

Short Hispanic girl with long curly hair (she had it braided this day) WAS VERY RUDE I walked in and she gave me the dirtiest look, she had a very bad attitude, I always come to this place and there always two nice shy girls working at the front I never seen this girl before maybe she’s mad and stressed working there because I can see the pimples coming in anywaysss food was Amazing

I literally love all the queens that work here. I often come here for pickups and the ladies have such beautiful nurturing energy. I need to ask my favorite girlie pop her name but she’s so beautiful with curly hair and glasses. She’s the best she always can sense when I need a pick me up and just provides. Esquite was a good portion for the price. Bought a Thai tea but sadly it tasted as if someone burnt the black tea base, so I couldn’t drink it. Service was decent.

Why does this location have poor customer service? No one acknowledges you when you come in. The girl with the glasses and curly hair is always so rude to me. She was smiling at the customers before I walked in. Then she rudely proceeded to talk to me about letting Fruit Avenue know I was already there to pick up my order. I was waiting for her to attend the customers before me. The other two ladies didn’t acknowledge me at all because I would have never wanted to speak to her. One day I accidentally ordered a bionico with coconut. This seems like the worse thing a customer could have ever done. She has given me attitude ever since! I don’t know why I keep going back to this location. I went months without coming back because I didn’t want to deal with her. I deal with anxiety, I don’t need to deal with her attitude as well. Please train your employees about customer service and empathy for customers.

The chamangos and the tostilocos juices are very delicious, everything is delicious but the most important thing is to buy them clean and friendly.

This place is pretty good. I like the fruit salad in the sweet cream! FIRE! I will suggest to ask if the fruit is soft. The mango was hard and the strawberries were sour hence the 3 stars for food but it was still on point. I like that it's family operated. It was nice to see her training her daughter!
