Service was amazing ! Prices are absolutely affordable ! and our server was so sweet! I would highly recommend this place we had a softball party here and absolutely so yummy and fun .

I came in on a Saturday and I was surprised that we were able to get a table right away. The atmosphere is nice with a sporty vibe but was glad not to have to deal with a routy crowd. The staff is friendly and helpful. The appetizers were great! I can't wAit to go back for their buffalo wings!

Dry, burned (and undercooked at the same time...), cold and beyond late. Never ever making this mistake again, had a large order and my guests, who also go here frequently are done with this disaster. Hopefully sucking off a ton of teens at Fort Irwin will keep this pizza joint alive. I can burn my own bread and shoot some ketchup on it at home.

I've been to this place over a dozen times and have never experienced an issue...until today So I usually place my order online and have my order delivered within the hour, NOT TODAY I placed my online order and noticed the delivery fee has gone up $3, no issue as I understand gas prices have gone up. My issue is that it took one hour and forty five minutes for my order to even be looked at and placed in the oven, then it took another forty five minutes for my order to be delivered to me (I live literally 15 minutes from the restaurant). I called the store where I was met with excuses "my order just went out for delivery" "the online system isn't automatically updated" "the driver isn't picking up their phone" "the manager can't be reached"; oh and to top off this experience my pizza arrived cold...again I live 15 minutes away from the restaurant and had placed my order at 3:18pm (not delivered to me until 5:49pm). Two and a half hours combined with piss poor customer service = lesson learned. This pizza is good (for high desert standards) and the price is also decent but after this awful experience and half assed excuses I'm going to start going to bigger chain pizza places that not only delivery within a timely manner but also have mediocre customer service. If you want good pizza delivered to you, two and a half hours after you place the order, then sure come to gridiron pizza where the customer service is just as cold as the food delivered to your door!

It was my first time and they had Amazing food, and amazing service Briana was so nice, funny and down to earth I will definitely be coming back. The restaurant itself looked fun and inviting. Great for family or chillin with your friends

I went to Gridiron pizza today and with greeted by a worker named Emily she was happy to finish up my order get me a drink and give me a pizza of course I paid for it LOL she was very delightful and happy he made my day even better thank you Emily you're the kind of people that make people want to come back

My favorite pizza place in the high desert for a big reason they do not have Pork pepperoni so the pepperoni here is beef. That's legendary and healthy and a better option and they also serve turkey I respect this place. There's not a lot of pizza places serve beef pepperoni. For people do not like pork this is a recommend pizza place.

I had a surprise birthday party for my husband yesterday. Everything was delicious and it was a great time. I would have given 5 stars but.... There were two women there that were nothing but super RUDE and gave very ugly looks every time I asked them anything. I was raised with manners so no matter how they acted, I was very polite and respectful. There was one other woman there that was super sweet. One guy was a little rude but the other guys were wonderful. I hope the guys got my tip I left on the table because the girls did not deserve it at all. I probably won't go back there to have a party because of their LACK OF MANNERS. But I would order a couple of pizzas again because it was yummy. But I won't drop $200+ again to have a party there. Nope. Good food. Poor manners. **UPDATE ** Not only did the best employee there that served us Oscar call and apologized and made things right, but the owner Dan just called me and apologized and we had an amazing conversation. Those gestures alone will make sure I definitely come back. They both assured me that this problem would be fixed. I'm so happy they took the time out of their busy days to call me.

Amazing customer service . Definitely changed my view of the customer service here . I will most definitely be returning .

Just left I had picked up my 6 year old granddaughter and she wanted to go here for pizza as we have done a few times before. This was probably my last time as while we were placing our order a group of teenagers came in making so much noise I had to repeat my order yet still got the drinks wrong.These boys repeatedly cursing and talking loudly about pulling their guns on another one.As one of them ran towards our table he scared my granddaughter so much that she slid to the corner of the booth ,she was so shook up at this point that she could not even finish a piece of pizza.I feel the workers or management should have asked them to leave or called the police as one of them had a stun gun and used it on another.Prior to this incident my family enjoyed coming here but if they allow their clientele to run amok and make customers feel uncomfortable with talk of shooting others and use of the n word we definitely will not be back.And I will advise my friends and family to stay away.The food was excellent but not worth the risk of being harassed.

Awesome place, brought the boys there a few weeks ago, for dine in, all the food was great, service was outstanding. I Just placed an online order tonight with a wait time of 45-90 minutes. the driver showed up with hot food 15 minutes later.

No let down here. Great pizza. The toppings are great and they don't skimp on anything. Have only gotten take-out, so I can't comment on atmosphere or decor or staff beyond getting in and out quickly with hot & tasty pizzas. Did have one issue on this visit though. I had to call SEVEN times before I got through to order (I'm stubborn; what can I say?) Anybody else would have just moved on to some other choice. Glad that I stuck with it, but it was pretty ridiculous. The pizzas were super tasty and were ready right when they said they would be. The crust is medium thickness and nicely seasoned (though still a little on the tough side). They use plenty of cheese and their meats are good quality and the vegetable toppings are fresh.
