This place has gone down the tubes while I was up north. The patties are dry and tasteless, the burgers are always built hastily, the service is even slower than it used to be. This is a huge disappointment from somewhere that has been a SoCal staple for decades. Ever since the kids took over the business it's been worse and worse, but I don't think I'll ever waste my time here again. 43 years of loving this place....

I visit In-n-out a lot and in that time they only messed up my order twice, that’s like a 98% passing rating. You know the burger is fresh and delish. Always recommend for a fast burger
Food is good as usual, but yes...yes I am about to complain about the line at an In N Out. Yes, I do know that lines at In N Out are notoriously long. The issue is that the line at this In N Out is not only long, it is extremely laughably long. The line has, on multiple occasions for me, wrapped around the parking lot, past the Krispy cream next to it, and a ways down the main street you take to get there 😆! Yea...if you're hungry, like very hungry... please don't attempt to wait in this line 😅. You'll likely have starved by that point 😅. Anyway, love you In N Out, you guys work very hard and I respect your values, I just dread this location's line in particular!
