⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Jack in the Box thanks to Ryan and Amber! They were so friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted. Went to Jack in the Box about 20 minutes ago, told the individual taking my order light ice and told her a couple of times light ice for both of my drinks, when she handed us the drinks, it had extra ice so I tookd a lot of ice out, they said they couldn't take the drink back so I went in the store to do refill the drink myself. Came home and one of the buttery smash burger had no cheese, terrible customer service, haven't been to that location in years and now I remember why, they have incompetent people working there and ignore simple requests.

Placed a mobile order, got there when they said it'd be done. They asked if I was ready to order, and I said I was waiting on an order, THEN they started making it. They forgot an entire meal and drink because the staff was too busy messing around to focus on their orders.

Very slow service, took close to 20 minutes. Tiny sitting area, the ice machine wasn't working and they knew, but didn't tell me until after I went back to the counter to tell them it wasn't. After the long wait, I drove away then realized they missed one of my items.

Great food went through the drive thru. Fast service nice customer service food hot and accurate.
I have gotten delivery orders for this location.. waited in an extended drive-thru line.. then been told the order has been given to another driver accidentally, or that the order is not in the system. Whatever is going on is ridiculous.. as gig drivers, you're messing with our money when we have to wait that long for nothing. ** update: corporate offices for gig app & jack in the box have been contacted, and they notified that they are looking into the issue at this location.

I had curly fries which were a little over cooked, wife had the jalapeno poppers which also were a little over cooked. Service was a little slow for being the drive-thru but over all it was what you would expect for fast food

The cashier might have been new, but she was having trouble on the register understanding how I placed my order. Eventually someone more experienced stepped in to assist her and it got taken care of. Other than that, the service was cool. Took a little longer than I expected to receive my two meals 'though. They were probably focused much more on the drive thru.
