The food is great , it's the wait time. This location is one if the slowest ones. If you go inside they will never take your order they just look at you then look away. Drive thru is also super slow.

They didn’t give me my chicken nuggets and they always get my order wrong
This location does not give two spits about their customers or the quality of their product. I’ve been on the road for 3 hours just sitting in traffic with my kids and we were hungry… came here only to be met with people not paying close enough attention to what my order was so off the bat, getting it wrong and then get home to bite into a very stale piece of bread and dry meat. Stale curly fries and my 3 year olds chicken nuggets were stale.
Like h-hoooooow do you serve that without shame and expect $22 an hour? So upset I spent over $20 for that crap.

Placed an order on their app at 11:07am. When I got to the restaurant at 11:15 my food wasn’t ready . 3 people in line placed their order waited and received their orders before my food was ready lol. I didn’t walk out of there until 11:34 and they didn’t give me drink . Terrible don’t go there if you use the app just wait in line like everyone else .

Dining room was dirty bathroom was dirty...I went to dine in got the loaded potatoes with jalapeños. Half the box was empty and ithe serving was small small (embarrassing for the price) ..got My meal...not even close to the photo...bun was wrong..had to bring it back....Luke warm not even hot which isnt good...bacteria grows on food not kept up to temp.....burger was chared around the edges.....(dont know hpw that was possible...bun was not warm either and wasnt anywhere near soft was stale..like the buns are just sitting out...(probably the worse part of the meal about all the other things wrong)..another sandwich we got was a kids chicken sandwich (paid extra) a piece of lettuce with black all around the edges...the kid wouldnt eat it because it was bad...and he loves lettuce......another sandwich was not appealing at all...that person wasnt happy either. Triple bacon burger...serving size appropriate for a 3 year old maybe......I was so disappointed on it's not even funny...another local resturant/fast food that was terrible...never ever going there again...even if i got 100$ giftcard to spwnd i wouldnt....i..spent about 60$ for 2 adult meals a kids meal and loaded fries. The photos are nothing like the pics they advertise...the food was imo completely disgusting...sorry not sorry...

Besides them taking an hour to cook one burger. I don’t know what’s up with these people—I don’t think they know how to cook or something. They also got my order wrong. Instead of a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger, they gave me a plain burger with cheese and pickles. I don’t know if these people are playing jokes on their customers, but the manager handled everything very poorly. When we went back to get the correct Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger, they gave me an uncooked version of it. Not only did they waste our time once, but twice, and they couldn’t even correct their mistakes. Yet somehow, these people are going to ask for $30 an hour when they can’t even do a simple job correctly.
I’m definitely going to take pictures and upload them once I have them. I will also be calling my bank to request a refund—I refuse to pay for uncooked food and something I didn’t order. It’s kind of crazy that you are able to screw up not once but twice. If you decide to come here, make sure you check your bags because these people clearly can’t do their job correctly and they don’t try fix their mistakes.

I ask for NO sauce on the tacos… and what do they do, they put sauce… yay for people that can’t take a simple order. Failures from the people at the top to the grunt employee. Just shameful…who are you hiring Jack in the Box?!!!

When the customer says no egg, please don't put egg. Nobody wants to get back home at 5 o'clock in the morning to eat their sandwich that they requested no egg and now you have to peel it all off and now your cheese is ripping off and you were really trying to avoid that that's why you said no EGG ? but hey
