I just placed my order today, around 12:10 PM. I got both flavors for the seasoned curly fries and 2 meat lover burritos. I assumed they would be dry seasoning, and not drenched in grease. The employees did not warn us that it was so greasy, only asked if we wanted a fork but didn't explain further. Before I got back to my car the paper bag was soaked in grease. The first 2 images is the first bag we got, that was soaked through. My husband went back inside and the employee gave him a new paper bag and put that one in a plastic bag. That also became drenched in grease within 2 minutes from the exact same curly fries. And this is not the first time they've served food like this. The last picture is when this location was serving spicy mozzarella sticks and they came sitting in a pool of grease. These employees need to put less grease/seasoning or just don't pour it in after putting it in the paper container

I recommend ordering from their app because you get cheaper and better deals rather than walking in and ordering. At this location I have never had a wrong order and their staff is really polite.

The place is nice and all, but I had just got back from the drive thru, they have no patience what so ever when my grandma was trying to order, the food was even worse than the service. I had gotten the number 21, midway into eating it in the car, I found chunks of eggshells in my food. This was really sad and disgusting, honestly, I don't know what their doing, but they need to up their game because there is no reason why, I, a 16 yr old, should find shells in their food.
