WARNING their system is over charging you. The system over charged me by 1.20. when I confronted them they tried making every excuse as to how I must have ordered something extra which was false. Then the assistant manager doesn't know the difference between before tax and after tax. She then started that they must have changed for 4 cheeses instead of the 2 with zero evi. But my receipt only shows the 2 breakfast jacks at 2.99 and + two cheese at .60 each. That's 7.18 before tax I was charged 8.38 before tax. She said it must be a mistake. I said no it's your algorithm obviously and she just wanted it to go away by saying they will reimburse me the 1.20.

I’ve had good last experiences here but this one was worth sharing. Simon R was the person who took my order and I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but I was trying to be polite with her. I had a coupon and was waiting for someone to help me but she called me over and said with attitude that I could use their kiosk to which I replied that I had a coupon and would need her assistance. After patiently waiting, she took my order and when the food came I asked for creamers for the coffee and some ranch as there were 4 in my party and they said that you had to pay for extra. As someone who has family working at other Jack in the Box facilities, I knew that they had to give you at least one person order considering we ordered multiple things as a party of 4. I said thank you and was trying to be polite about it but I just felt that she had an attitude so I wish her the best. There was no issue with the actual food but I just hope this facility is aware of how rude their employees can come off.

Completely useless at the drive thru. EVERY SINGLE TIME something is missing with my order. Its not an exaggeration either. ALWAYS check your order here before driving away! Sometimes I forget and when I get home something is missing. Whether its fries, tacos, burgers, ive missed each at some point. Done going here.

This place always parks us when we go true drive true.they take for ever if you don’t have enough employees hire more they when you ask why they give you an attitude telling you the car before you order a lot, then they came out and my order was not all there hard to get out of my car and go back in there to tell them horrible service rather drive a bit more and go to another jack

Horrible experience. Why ask me what I want if you're just going to give me an opposite order, and the lady looked in the bag as i heard her say this is a buttery jack. I leave then have to go back. Then I pull back through, and now she thinks I want the order after it's cold, fries cold ill pass. give me a refund. This is the worst place to eat, especially if you want what you paid for. Keep doing unnecessary things, and you will definitely lose business.
