Food was cold, service was really bad , no one talks to you while in counter, you can wait long an no eye contact, food takes way longer to come out then any other jack or fast food I been to, atmosphere was really bad because inside and drive thru were extremely crowded, the communication in the kitchen wasn’t about food stations and updates, it was more about what’s goin on, signaling they were lost. But also it made one food item come out 10 min before the next, they added food items to bag as I could see it happen and then way later another and another. All in all 25 min late from what the estimate timer

genuinely surprised how a simple fast food order can ruin someones day. The girl who gave me my order not only had an attitude throughout our entire interaction but didnt give me a order of tacos, shoved the bags of food in my window after already having me and the guy behind me pull out the drive to wait for our food all while trying to get a quick meal for my niece and i after a long day and just trying to get home and get settled. yet this simple interaction truly just doesnt sit right. i called to let them know the situation, i came off respectful with a genuine complaint and not sure why i expected the same respect? the girl answered with “jack in the box” i explained the issue and she went muffled and again had an attitude trying to tell me to repeat my order about 3 times i let her know she was muffled she seemed irritated and gave the phone to someone even more aggressive and defensive, i explained it as she told me to repeat my order in a rude tone. i then told them i wouldnt care if it wasnt a big order and paid 30 dollars she said “well you said a big order so whats your order, and what you came in an hour ago?!?!” i said shortly “no 15 minutes ago i just got home” she proceeded to argue with me and i hung up. as someone who understands costumer service and has worked in various costumer service positions this could’ve been EASILY resolved sorry for expecting someone to do what they get paid to do, to even be making a complaint rightnow seems ridiculous yet every time i go to a jack in the box im greeted with the same energy and tonight just really pissed me off.

Went there threw the drive thru 10/28/2025 for a Breakfast run with my son at 325am ..the ladies there were super nice and even offered us the special the breakfast jacks for 3.?? Which we did end up getting..but all in all everything was amazing and great customer service

Something changed. It seems like this management came from McDonald's. I go there often and it seems like they always park me out front to wait over five minutes to get my food. That's typical for McDonald's. I order basic burger meals.

Seating area tables, chairs and floors required immediate attention. As shown on the photo, trash and fries on the floor while 2 employees sat at a table in the background. Won't be visiting Jack for awhile. Free food coupon or not. We also noticed that drive thru is clearly given priority over dine in guests. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT JACK!

I had an awesome experience here thanks to a lady named Stephanie, SL, from a mistake I made on the online app for Jack in the Box, she helped me figure it out with no problem, and I was able to get my food before my work lunch. Thank you Stephanie! She was so patient and kind, very unique characteristics to find in customer service and fast food workers. Definitely a valuable employee!!

The woman at the front counter was such a sweet woman it was her MOD for that night that needs to work on her words and tone of voice. Let’s be honest people, you can never EVER expect to be anything better than a fast food employee when your attitude and tone of voice is worse than the younger generation. Do better! Overall my food tastes burnt and disgusting like the oil was old yeah I know what old oil does to our food and I know when I see it I only come for their cake anyway I order my food from different jack n the box’s I just came to this one but I was so tired yesterday and wanted my kids to eat but they didn’t eat still! They said the food was disgusting as a mom a tired one at that this was very disappointing

I am consistently disappointed with the service at this location. All I ordered was a spicy chicken wrap with no lettuce, yet it still came with lettuce! The employee taking my order wasn't even listening, and when I went back to fix it, he was incredibly rude and had the audacity to ask me for a receipt that I was never given. This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. The employees clearly don't care about their customers.
