Jersey Mike's Subs

Hey everyone I hope you had an awesome day. My wife, our two youngest, and my mother in law went into the Jersey Mike's in Victorville off Bear Valley Rd near Mariposa 15 minutes before closing. We were greeted with smiles and great attitudes from the two female workers on shift, I should have gotten their names because they are a shining example of how employees should be. They made two giant subs and a regular sub, all to perfection with genuine smiles on their faces, thank you ladies for your awesome customer service.

Said open til 10 pm went at 9:30 they were already closed as a worker in franchise fast food this I not acceptable

Messed up my order and gave me a completely different sandwich one time. Then another time, I placed an order for pickup ahead of time and it wasn't ready. Had to wait an extra 20 mins.

Yesterday I went to get a sandwich, the lady behind the counter was helping the person in front of me, when she finished she said let me wash my hands. Washed her hands put on fresh gloves, then walked in the back for a bit, came out front started scraping the grill and then starts handling raw bacon, at this point I say why are you making me wait to order, then the two employees start yelling at me that they are busy, no just wanted to make me wait for them to be ready to help me.

This is a great place and a great experience. I am very happy to tell you all. Did I have a mistake of my Uber order and Jersey Mike's at this location with either the manager or the gentleman? I spoke to at the time, offer me a free sandwich at no cost for the mistake and also acknowledged the mistake and realized that It had happened and that it was their fault and said they were very sorry. This is what I wish you'd see more and more around the world. Great people being honest and given great service. Even though I had a problem in my order, I still gave this location 8 fives out of 5 stars because the way they took care of it and handled the customer. It was amazing. And whoever was on shift that made the mistake and took care of it much credit due and keep doing the same things and you guys will stay in business for years to come. Thank you for everything and appreciate your guys' great service

This is why I don't go here. My wife brought this home today. They are over priced for nothing special. And I hate that they cut it in fours. If I don't ask don't do it. I'll just stick to JJ's always fresher.

Young lady working there, I know her name started with an A (Aneias??). Friday June 20 between 1-130. She asked me questions about my day with genuine curiosity. Made me feel welcomed. I complimented her on her positivity. Great employee! I will only return if she is working 💯

We recently tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time based on a strong recommendation from a family friend. While our children were uncertain about their vegan/vegetarian mushroom sandwich, I thoroughly enjoyed my cold cut turkey.

Sandwiches are always good, I get the meat bowl with lettuce for low carb meal

The #13 Original Italian is the best. Rolled in hungry and Alexis was on it. On her recommendation I had the meats and bread heated on the grill. GREAT IDEA! The location is clean, great music and plenty of parking
