Been to two of their local Outlets and sorely disappointed every time . Staff absolutely refuses to listen to what you want on your sandwich and the sandwiches they make by routine are terrible . Several of them are supposed to come with avocado but if there's a quarter teaspoon of avocado on that sandwich I would be amazed . Buddig thin slices of meat and cheese three pieces of tomato I don't know how they manage to slice them so thin ! I asked for extra mayo I don't think there was a teaspoon of mayonnaise on the entire sandwich . The one I ordered with lettuce had half a head of lettuce on it dripping wet completely ruin the whole sandwich . So I ordered the second one without and I'm beginning to think they put the lettuce on so the sandwich won't be dry as dust . Definitely don't recommend head to your nearest Jersey Mike's instead .

I haven't even taken a bite into my sandwich yet, but I am giving this establishment one star based on the terrible customer service. The lady that helped me with the two lip piercings was not friendly at all throughout the whole entire transaction. I had mentioned I'd never been there before, and was unsure of what I wanted to get, she just stood there looking annoyed while I made up my mind. There was no one behind me so I wasn't holding up the line. I wound up ordering a roast beef little John. It was ready quick. When she said my sandwich was ready, I walked up and took it and said thank you. She didn't even look at me or say you're welcome or anything. And to top it all off, it's EXTRA FOR CHEESE! $1.50 to add cheese! I'll stick to Jersey Mikes. They're always friendly.Uddate: Sandwich was mediocre, barely any meat. Bread was nice and soft.
Clean inside JJ, quick service, JJ workers were very helpful and courteous, JJ Sandwich was delicious..Always have a great experience at this JJ Victorville location.

I have gone to this Jimmy John's location numerous times and always had good service and sandwiches however tonight I waited behind a vehicle that was at the take out window for over ten minutes. When I pulled up the lady repeated my order back to me and I explained that isn't what I requested, I repeated my order and she said oh it wasn't entered. I observed the two young men preparing the sandwiches and then realized why the orders were taking so long. It was like I was watching the sloth in the DMV scene from Zootopia. These kids all had to be high. Personally I don't have a problem with that but do it on your own time, don't waste mine. The sandwich was dry..

Stopped here for a vegan sandwich. Sandwich was terrible. Poor quality veggies, asked for extra tomato, but just 2 small slices. Poor selection of veggies too. Staff was nice. I won't be back.
