We had a coupon for a free meal of ribeye steak straps, fettuccine and lasagna so we went in on a Sunday sfternoon. They were not that busy but only had 2 ladies working and one was also being the bartender. It was not their fault but they could not really keep up with seating people, taking orders, serving food and making drinks. Our food was bmot hot and the ribeye strip were so well done that they were like jerky. They were busy and my meal was free so I didn't bother to make them give me a new plate. Just don't order steak there or go there in the late afternoon on a Sunday.

Famous Dave's is great! I've never had the other food! The service sucks! I stopped in today to pick up a To-Go order and for the longest time no one acknowledged me standing at the register. Even though they were standing in the back looking dead at me. Cynthia finally came and helped me! The place wasn't even crowded. This isn't the first time either.

Zan is the best server and bartender! We always get great service from her and she’s interactive, friendly, and efficient! Food is excellent and we love their happy hour. The lasagna is so yummy.

Finally came back after a few years, not sure why we stopped coming. We'll now I will never come back. Everything was crap. Service was horrible. Waited for about 20 mins before I even got a water. Another 7bor so before we got bread. My strawberry lemonade alcoholic drink was like drinking water. The rib eye steak fetucinni was like eating a microwave meal. Definitely will not ever return. A lot of better options in the area.

Reviews might seem lackluster but we went on a Saturday evening (which should be packed!) and got the best attention and service from our bartender, Angie. The calamari was the perfect size, plenty of actual good sports events were on, and both of our pasta meals were excellent. Angie is a gem and we were grateful to have her! One of the most personable bartenders I’ve encountered.

Ordered a $50+ Togo dinner, arrive back to my hotel and find that I have zero utensils and napkins. I'm livid and call back to the Johnny Corinos and the representative states that I didn't receive any because it's restaurant protocol to only give them out if they are requested. This is UNACCEPTABLE Johnny Corinos! I have to go find utensils to now eat cold food!
