My family and I have had 2 birthdays this year and the servers have been absolutely lovely and wonderful. We greatly appreciate it. The food has been absolutely delicious as well. Thank you for all the hard work ? ? Vegetarian options: My vegan cousin just edits some of the pasta dishes. Pizza can easily be done veggie too.
food sucks lol . Pasta has no flavor and it's bland. Gordon ramsey needs to come and save this business . Servers are nice tho !

Very good service and or food there tiramisu was creamy and delicious and only 10:99 for a really big piece overall loved it. Very pretty scenery and pictures and very welcoming.

It was my family and I's forst time at this restaurant and we were not happy. The service was absolutely awful. I don't know if the girl was having a bad day but the lady who dropped off our food was very rude and irritated at us. Our actual server wouldn't interact she would just drop off a drink passing by not even stopping. I wish I got there names so someone can train these girls on manners and etiquette. The food was ok. The Fettuccini Alfredo just tasted like milk and and noodles, the bowtoe festival was way too salty, the lasagna was cold. There was no way for me to tell the server because she never interracted or stopped by to ask how we are doing. The price we payed for the food we got was unacceptable. Customer service needs to be taught.

Stopped by to try the $52 meal for two, great value for the price. We were a party of four, order the fried mozzarella app, salads, the entrees were baked cheese tortellini and chicken bowtie pasta, all very tasty. You also get desert with the deal, so we brought two cheesecakes home. Our server was Jessica B, very attentive and on point! We will be back

Had my retirement party there. We were in the room with the fireplace... it was perfect. Aaron Morgan, the General Manager, was great to work with. The servers worked very hard and did a great job. It was the perfect place for the party... Thank you, Johnny Carino'sBTW try the Italian Nachos... they're the best!!

Very nice place, there for a retirement party. Lasagna was very good, had side salad with it, blue cheese dressing, lots of real blue cheese. The waiter was attentive and friendly.

Been here many times, each time more dissatisfied than the last.My most recent trip in was the worst yet.I will say the bartender is very friendly, but the other staff are absentee most the time.Anyways, my recent visit I went inside to order a take out meal.Took 5 mins to be acknowledged even, once I was I placed my order.Waited 25 mins for one item, when finally waitress tells me the chef forgot to make it a to go order.I said that's fine and to just pack it in the to go box for me, she comes back and informs me they had already discarded the order and had to remake it again.Another 25 mins! This whole time I'm waiting and they didn't offer me a discount or even a complimentary dessert or a drink... nothing...Felt very unappreciated as a customer.Not certain I will return here to dine with them in the future.
