I truly dislike coming to this location. Every time I come here it's always a problem with my order. Their customer service below average. I came in today on February 8th at 3:00 pm. I ordered my smoothie. Then went next door to buy some treats. I came back, and my drink was still not ready. As the customers who have come after kept getting their drinks. I wondered where mine was. When the girl with her hair down looked, my drink was just sitting in the blender. They left it in their and kept filling about 6 other orders. I finally spoke up, and they just left it at the counter and said nothing. No. "I'm sorry about that." "Please forgive me." Nothing. Common sense can't be taught, nor can common courtesy. I'll stick to going to the Apple Valley location from now on. The service is horrible here. No wonder they have a B on their window. It's also always dirty.

This is the worst Juice it up I have ever been too. There is no sense of urgency to get orders made. I have been waiting a half an hour for one drink. To make matters worse watching there is a gentleman worker with long black curly hair and glasses. He has repeatedly pushed his glasses back up on his face, he has scratched his neck twice, rubbed his nose and adjusted his clothes. All of that and not once did he wash his hands. Do people no have to take food handlers classes any more when working in the food industry? Then when I brought it up to the girl at the register she dismissed my complaint and said she would make my drinks. I will never order from this disgusting establishment again.

Kevin is a complete rockstar! He was very attentive and lively when I entered, (there was a fight between two individuals in front of the store, so that could have added to energy), but he seemed extremely interested in doing his job well. When asked why he did not intervene in the scuffle outside, he answered, “I just want to sell smoothies.” He was a dedicated and patient worker as he took my order, and prepared it, and it tastes phenomenal. What an awesome guy! Also, there were three other women workers who were nice, friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a fabulous experience at Juice It Up!

Went and got 2 açaí bowls today mind you I’m pregnant and have been craving for a while, just to be disappointed the açaí was so watery I practically sipped it. I’m so used to açaí bowls being thick and fulfilling, it was literally a smoothie bowl? only good thing was the fruit toppings very fresh. Wasn’t worth the price at all ?

As a working man and a paying customer I expect to be able to at least wash my hands when I walk into a food establishment and the employees here tell you that they don't have restrooms for customers I work up in this area quite frequently I will never visit this location again!
They forgot to make my drink but said they either forgot or someone took it but didn't ask just started making it but at that point 3-4 people behind us recieved their order. Very disappointed considering we waited about 15 min before we asked what was going on with our order.
