I have never in my life had so many issues with a damn bowl! Why do you make it wrong every single time now? How hard is it to READ an order? 3 toppings come with a bowl and I only ask for two, yet you keep making it wrong and keep adding things that were not ordered!

They're always busy when I come in. They make my drinks good everytime. Just an over all good place to get a drink when it's hot or whenever. They do need to clean up more often. I understand that they don't always have the time, but they should hire an extra person who can empty the trashes, sweep, mop, ect cause it can look prettier in there.

Was second in line, for 20 minutes. Out of 3 workers not one took an order in those 20 minutes & only 1 customer who had already paid (out of 5 who were waiting) received half their order in those 20 minutes. I left when 2 of the workers went to the back and did not come back out. DO BETTER.

I was greeted with a smile cuz I naturally make eye contact with people when I walk in the business, but I was quickly told it was going to be a moment. I was the only person in the store at the time The three employees that were working seem like they were confused on who was to do what, and I believe one of them was in training. I took the manager food and course when I was a assistant food and beverage manager for a casino before I moved.

This place is great. Everything is so fresh. Great service Everytime..... They treat you like family. I met the manager there respectful guy. He always seems to be on top of his (A) game.... Never had to wait long for anything. I highly recommend this place to any one looking for healthy options at a good price.

August 9 around 1pm ordered 2 drinks. While waiting for my order I saw a huge roach crawl across the lobby. I pointed it out to the 2 gentlemen behind the counter. All they did was smile and did nothing about it. One of them even pointed at it and told the other worker that he saw that one before. Once I got my order, one of the cups had a hair across the top of one of the cups. This was my first visit here and I will not be returning to this location. This location is dirty and should be wearing gloves and hairnets when preparing food.

This location should just shut down. I dont come to this location often (I only do when I have stuff to do because its closer to me) but when I do there's either not an ingredient for something i wanted, or the order is wrong plus the appearance of the drinks and toast, or bowl is nothing like what I see advertised im not saying it has to be amazing but the hesperia location at least tries.
