The worst chicken ever had I ordered 2 pieces chicken meal that associated asked if I want the special or the # 1 menu which was 10.99 I said the # 1 meal is ok for me I got my order then at the end the chicken pieces were broken and dark brown the bone wick is nasty

Poor Service and Management at KFC Mariposa Road, Victorville
I have visited multiple KFC locations, and unfortunately, this one stands out as the worst. The dining room is often closed before 8 p.m., sometimes even earlier, which is highly inconvenient. Additionally, the drive-thru service is extremely slow, with customers waiting in line for over 30 minutes just to place an order.
What makes this even more frustrating is that while customers are stuck waiting, employees can be seen sitting in the dining area, eating and relaxing instead of prioritizing service. This kind of management and customer disregard is driving people away, myself included.
This location desperately needs attention, as the current operations are discouraging repeat business. Unfortunately, after my experience, I will not be returning.
