Poor Service and Management at KFC Mariposa Road, Victorville
I have visited multiple KFC locations, and unfortunately, this one stands out as the worst. The dining room is often closed before 8 p.m., sometimes even earlier, which is highly inconvenient. Additionally, the drive-thru service is extremely slow, with customers waiting in line for over 30 minutes just to place an order.
What makes this even more frustrating is that while customers are stuck waiting, employees can be seen sitting in the dining area, eating and relaxing instead of prioritizing service. This kind of management and customer disregard is driving people away, myself included.
This location desperately needs attention, as the current operations are discouraging repeat business. Unfortunately, after my experience, I will not be returning.
Says it's open until 10 but then they go and close their dine in before 8pm on a Saturday. All they would do is stare while I tried to get their attention from the outside

I tried giving this specific location no stars this is by far the worst location in the high desert, you order on the app and they give you a time when it should be done once you arrive the food is not done and it's not busy enough for them to not have the food ready when the app gives a reasonable time. As well once getting there you are never greeted and no one is at the front but they will look at you while they keep walking back and forth in the back avoid this one and go to the others. Management needs to look into this location either hire new staff or shut this one down because this location is an absolute joke.

This location right here has always delivered the best for my buck. Food is always hot tasty and quick!!! Keep it up guys your extra special touch is definitely noticed! And appreciated!
These employees at this KFC are hard working and respectful. The restaurant seating area is a clean and comfortable atmosphere! The big round table is my favorite. The manager is a good one, I can tell.👍
Kid-friendliness: Mac n cheese bowl with nuggets on top is perfect!!! Try the sauces!

I love KFC but this location I ran by rude lazy people they messed up my order, when they packaged the food they just threw everything in a bag so the sides spilt everywhere the lady at the drive through window was completely rude then forgot to give me the drinks when I asked for them she rolled her eyes and handed me the drinks and slammed the door in the middle of me trying to say thank you when I called the store to speak to a manager she basically didn’t want to do anything and was also rude and basically bushed off everything I was saying I rather drive the extra 10 minutes to a different location then come to this location ever again

Funny story, I spent 10 dollars on a 3 piece chicken tender meal and they made my tenders smaller AND burnt them. Are y'all for real? Borderline robbery. Even though people are paying that absurd price this is how you treat them? I ripped apart my KFC shirt before writing this review. This place has disappointed me deeply.
