Was the only car in drive thru around 7:30pm on 12/26/25. Was greeted but was asked to wait to take my order. 10 minutes later I was greeted back with an apology but that there was only one person working and only a few filled donuts left. All other donuts were not available. I then asked for an iced coffee instead but was also told they were only serving hot coffee. Super disappointed from start to finish! I left with nothing. This is a donut business not even close to closing time that had nothing available but a few options of filled donuts left and only hot coffee? Crazy.

Light is on stating that there are hot doughnuts at 6:45 pm on 12/26/25. I come up to the window and I’m told they’re sold out of glazed doughnuts. Turn off your sign if you’re sold out. Such a waste of time.

They've really gone down hill Besides the dining area being nice and clean inside, their doughnuts are getting smaller and smaller. And the festive doughnuts that they advertise never look like the picture. They look like they didn't take their time on any of them. It's all sloppy. Not worth the upcharge for the fancy ones. And don't even bother going there if it's not in the morning time, their doughnuts have been sitting all day and they just throw them in a dozen for you, they taste old and and the glaze just crumbles off. Their not even all the way glazed. The donut holes they half glaze them on one side. They shouldn't charge what they charge for these kind of donuts. I recommend them being half price towards the end of the day. I wish they would not false advertise their holiday donuts either. Not to mention the lady didn't even know I had placed an order online. I went in and said I was here to pick up my order and she couldn't find my name. She even said is there another name it could be under. Really? Which tells me they never made my order. She was just doing it as I showed up. Placing old donut holes in my box. I'll never go back here. They need better service.

I went to Krispy Kreme because I got Notification that the light was on. So I went to grab there doughnuts dots. To find out there were not warm and tast it like there being out for a day old. I was so disappointed/mad

Update. If you want to learn the meaning of great customer service, come here. Maggie is just another one of the incredible team members. She took great care of me and made my day as i am having hand issues. I'm not sure which is better, the donuts or the service. These are the best donuts. Yes, better then Dunkin. These are so good and melt in your mouth. Love the apple fritters. Miss the blueberry fritters. Suggestion would be a cherry fritters. Now the service. Maggie and Brianna are just awesome. They are always so nice and treat their customers so we'll. These two are employees of the year. Had two rude customers, and both of them were so nice to me and handled it perfectly. Thank you so much. Update Danielle was so nice, and Jacqueline the mgr was nice as well. And of course, the red light was on.
