“Online ordering is telling people their pizzas are loaded into the portal when it isnt and store staff is getting all the annoyed and angry customers assuming they are the ones sending the "pizzas ready" messages. Also one of the portal touch pads on the portals has been down for over a month and people end up standing in line anyway to get their pizza. Little Caesars fix this.“
“Absolutely incredible experience at Little Caesars last night (3/15/24)! I pulled up around 10:50 PM, just hoping to see if they had any Hot-N-Ready items left. That’s when I met Valerie, the amazing young lady who took my order. She let me know they were closing in five minutes but assured me that as long as the doors were open, she would continue taking orders. I even tried to talk her out of it, knowing how close it was to closing time, but she wouldn’t hear it—she was committed to serving every last customer.
I explained that I had a van full of hungry 16-year-old boys and needed a large order. Without hesitation, Valerie told me to go ahead and place it so they could get started. I ordered 16 boxes of pizza puffs, and when she announced it to the team, Jean and Adrian didn’t hesitate for a second. No complaints, no frustration—just pure dedication and teamwork. They immediately got to work, ensuring our order was taken care of.
The customer service from all three of them was nothing short of outstanding. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I truly appreciate what they did for me and the six boys in my van. Little Caesars, you’ve got some rock stars on your team!“
