I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but the quality has really gone down. My pizza was not cooked properly — one side was undercooked, the ham was raw, and the side where I asked for cheese had way too much sauce. When you pick up a slice, everything slides off because it’s not baked right. This is the second time this has happened, which is really disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously, because this used to be one of my favorite places.

Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I have placed an order and the order was not done right. And then upon reaching out to the store I was placed on hold for 10 minutes once I asked to speak to a manager

Kinda weird when a manager looks at you when you walk in with attitude, doesn't say anything, but the eager nice employee greeted me. Even though it was a pick up via the online box, customer service was captured in a blink and that manager was a poor excuse of it. Glad the employee gave a great representation.

Hayden n Holly's Fun House
We ordered a cheese pizza and got a pepperoni pizza instead. We didn't notice until we got home assuming they had given us the correct pizza we ordered. It's not like they were busy nobody was there when we picked up. Makes no sense to me how someone can screw this order up. Not the 1st time this happens.
I was pleasantly surprised during my visit to this Little Caesars. Unlike most locations I’ve been to lately, they actually had plenty of Hot-N-Ready pizzas available and ready to go. No long wait, no hassle—just in and out like it’s supposed to be. It’s been a while since I had that classic “grab and go” experience at Little Caesars, so this visit definitely stood out in a good way. Props to this location for being on point!

Just left And I live close by so I come here often. every one here at this location is friendly never had a problem until today the young girl with freckles was very rude she seemed angry for just having to be there watching her take orders was very disgusting as a GM I would not want her working for me, she told the guest to move away from the door cause it was beeping, I mean there’s not a lot of room in there, and when I asked for peppers she just rudely tossed them On my pizza box she should be in the back if she doesn’t wanna deal with people and have one of the others come show there happy face seeing her face so miserable was upsetting I still gave 5 stars only because besides her every one else does a good job so I don’t wanna give a bad review for them
