Terrible service. Order 2 hours in advanced and they still lost my order or gave it away. Best advice I can give you is go to another pizza place. Ain't nobody have time for horrible service.

The wait for this location is horrible! Every time, it takes almost an hour for out pizza to be done. We even tried ordering ahead, and it took them over an additional 40 minutes over the quoted pickup! This is unacceptable.

Placed an order at 5pm came in at 7pm!!! Told me I had to wait ANOTHER 20-30 minutes. For just TWO pizzas!!

Worst customer service whatever girl they had in the entrance and on the phone is rude and should look for another job if she’s not happy there and touching the phone while on the clock I am sure they don’t take orders via de personal phone number.

Double check your pizzas folks! This location has a tendency of messing up your order. Came to pick up my online order that said it was ready and I even got a code to open the portal up. Go inside, my order is not in the portal. Now I have to wait for someone, anyone to acknowledge my presence.. took about 5 mins... And then when I finally got my order, which was sitting outside on a counter, not in any heating area, I checked and low and behold not my order. I told the lady it wasn't mine and mentioned what toppings mine should have had. She took about 6 pizzas out of the portal and mine was mixed with another person's order. Thank goodness they had not picked up their order yet. She took the labels off the incorrect box of pizza and slapped them on the correct box and just handed it to me. No apology, nothing. Talk about world class customer service!! This location is horrible! Not to mention when I got home to eat the pie, some slices were not cut properly so everythings just falling apart 🙄. Do better!!!

What’s the purpose of having hot and ready you guys never have anything ready. A 30 minute wait? you have people standing there wasting their lives who ordered online. Don’t go to this location next to autozone

This location might be the worst Little Caesars in the high desert. They constantly screw up delivery orders, staff always seems unprofessional and never seem to know how their order system works. Waited over an hour for one delivery of one pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. Called and they told me they never started my order so I had to drive over, wait 20 min, and pick it up myself while still paying the delivery fee.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Not only was my food order completely wrong, but the customer service was equally frustrating. I tried to explain the issue politely, but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. There was no apology or effort to correct the mistake. It felt like my concerns didn’t matter at all. I expected better—especially when I'm paying for a service. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values good service and accuracy.
