Too much of a wait time

What’s the purpose of having hot and ready you guys never have anything ready. A 30 minute wait? you have people standing there wasting their lives who ordered online. Don’t go to this location next to autozone

This location might be the worst Little Caesars in the high desert. They constantly screw up delivery orders, staff always seems unprofessional and never seem to know how their order system works. Waited over an hour for one delivery of one pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. Called and they told me they never started my order so I had to drive over, wait 20 min, and pick it up myself while still paying the delivery fee.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Not only was my food order completely wrong, but the customer service was equally frustrating. I tried to explain the issue politely, but the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. There was no apology or effort to correct the mistake. It felt like my concerns didn’t matter at all. I expected better—especially when I'm paying for a service. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values good service and accuracy.

Very disappointing experience. Nothing hot nothing ready.

Their employee told me they were out of pepperoni for the last two hours. Server laughed when I asked for red peppers. Said they haven’t had any for sometime.

Pizza was rather expensive and not very good.

Save your money and go somewhere where they care.
